Welcome to the beautiful Seven Mile View! This oceanfront condo is one of five in the complex in Seven Mile View and offers a fantastic option for vacation rentals, especially for those looking for beautiful views, a private beach, and proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Cemetery Beach.
There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - to 7-minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.
Accommodation:
Seven Mile View Condo #4 is a 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-story oceanfront condo with stunning views of Seven Mile Beach and the Caribbean Sea. With a King-size bed in the master bedroom and a Queen and twin single bed in the guest bedroom, it can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Fully Equipped:
The condo is fully furnished and equipped with amenities such as HDTV, cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-suite washer/dryer, a BBQ grill, and all necessary linens and towels.
Essential supplies like shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and more are provided.
Each unit is equipped with two(2) lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.
Convenient Location:
The location of Seven Mile View offers convenient access to supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants, bars, and popular water attractions like the Dolphin Encounter, Turtle Farm, and Beach Horseback Riding.

A GREAT home-away-from-home!!!!
We absolutely LOVED our villa (#4) that was our choice for my wife & I in one room and our friend in the other room. This was the PERFECT home-away-from-home!!! All villa rooms have a beautiful view of the ‘Infinity’ pool, the Ocean and Seven Mile Beach. There was easy stair access to the ocean to go swimming/snorkeling, and access to the beach was a very, very short walk (2 minutes). The drive to George Town was between 15-20 minutes depending on traffic e.g. this depended on if a cruise ship was in Port or not. The supermarket was a 2-minute drive, just down the road (you pass it every time you drive ‘home’ to the villas). I promise that you will not be disappointed with a stay at Seven Mile View!!! THANK YOU FOR HAVING US!!!

Beautiful property!
The view from this property was amazing! The unit was very clean and had plenty of towels and pretty much everything we needed. Shower was luke warm, but we got used to it. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for hosting. Wonderful vacation!

Gorgeous inside and out
Where do I start? The view from the condo was amazing. Both bedrooms had a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea, the open kitchen and living room had the same view. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and cleanup. Both bedrooms had their own full bath and there was a full bath on the first level, which was super convenient. The pool area had multiple seating areas, a grill for cooking (which we didn't use but it looked nice), and the pool itself was even more perfect than it looks in the photo. Communication with the property manager was easy and she responded quickly when we had questions. Renting a car was suggested by the host but we didn't feel comfortable with driving on the island. We took the public bus to seven mile beach area for dinner and activities or we walked to Heritage Kitchen for dinner (the Cayman style snapper was a favorite). The walk to the bus was short, some places there was little room for pedestrians, but we walked off the road a bit and the drivers slowed down. The bus will pick up and drop off at the driveway but we found it just as easy to get on at the 4 way stop and off at the beach.

Great Property
This is a very nice condo right on the water on the north side of 7 mile beach. Very clean and very well updated/maintained. Pool area is great and ample parking.a” All electronics/internet worked great.
Only minor issues. One, the water in the showers was lukewarm. I’m sure they can correct it.
The other issue was not the property’s fault. The short walk to the beach included a walk by/through a sketchy property with what appeared to be a homeless encampment. Not sure they can do anything about that and the drive to multiple great beaches was short.
Overall, great rental with very responsive manager!

My family and I had a wonderful time. First and enduring impressions - spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and talking with the other guests. Everything we needed was provided and we would definitely come back again.
