Upstairs, the space is divided into two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower. Every room is equipped with a TV. To the villa belongs a roofed terrace (30 m²) with a sea view, table and chairs, and a balcony with a sea view. The courtyard of the villa (200 m²) has a swimming pool and a relax area equipped with barbecue and loungers.
