Dejlig stort hotel, med et hyggeligt lille pool område hvor solnedgangen kan nydes.Hotellets morgenmads buffet er fantastisk.Hotellet ligger i nærområdet og lige uden for døren er man i et med de lokale og deres gode street food

Ein kleiner Luxus zwischen durch.
Tolles Zimmer. Erfrischender Pool mit einigen Liegen. Kleine Sauna und Gym. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl. Zwei Punkte Abzug gibt es allerdings für das Abendessen. Wir hatten HP gebucht. Zwei Abende, zweimal die selbe Karte mit Auswahl je ein von drei Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichten und Desserts. Die einzelnen Gänge waren okay bis lecker. Allerdings hätte man für den preislichen Aufschlag zum Abendessen (ca 50€ für zwei Personen für zwei Tage) auch a la Carte bestellen können und es wäre nicht teurer gewesen. Es standen nämlich eher die günstigen Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl, die wir nicht unbedingt gewählt hätten. Das Hotel ist mit einem guten 4 Sterne Hotel in Deutschland vergleichbar. Keine Exklusivität aufgrund der fünf Sterne (auch viele typ. Touristen wie wir).

Ein gut geführtes 5 Sterne-Hotel. Leider lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen. Auf Dauer ist die Klimaanlage nicht angenehm. Die Funktionalität der Zimmereinrichtung müsste öfters überprüft werden. Wunderbar, dass man Sauna und Gym 24 Std. benutzen kann! Mit Sicherheit eins der besten Häuser in Vientiane, wenn nicht sogar das beste!

Ting was one our bartenders & server that we can remember. He was very friendly & always smiled with service. Mott was also another server & bartender. She was very personable & made us feel welcomed. Each day when we see them at the main floor bar & outside patio, we know we'll always have excellent service as soon as we look up for it. Overall the hotel was very nice & service was excellent. But they should've just removed the dirty carpets in the rooms & hallways. Food & breakfast buffet options were also great. Nothing is better than comfort Asian soups & dishes. Just be prepared to have transportation to go anywhere nearby. We tried to walk to the Night Market & the restaurants nearby along the Mekong River. It was like playing Frogger to cross safely as there really aren't any crosswalk signs that worked. Even more difficult when inebriated. Fortunately we had several local family & friends that were able to drive us around. The hotel also provides a ride to nearby at a cost of $20. We would stay there again if we returned to Laos.

My stay at Crown Plaza was very nice. Staff are freindly. The hotel has an exceptional exercise facility. Although there are some good restaurants at the hotel, there are none outside nearby.

Nice modern hotel. Chose this over others in the city as this for now seems to be the only international chain in Vientiane and I want to be assured of min standards although there are other hotels with more colonial vibes and charm. Staff speaks reasonably good English and are helpful. I didnt give them full marks because there was a service glitch - I asked for some toilet paper and tissue paper to be delivered to my room but it never arrived. Also, the onsite Spa opening hours are very limited from 11am to 8pm and last appointment is 7pm. Most spas will operate from 10am till around 10 pm so that guests can go there at night after a busy day of sightseeing. Food at Three Merchants restaurant was excellent at very good value, at Mosaic cafe is just so so. Location wise it is a bit outside the main central area with shops and restaurants but within walking distance. Overall a relatively pleasant stay if you are looking for a functional comfortable business hotel.

Excellent hotel with excellent gym and beautiful swimming pool My only bad note is that I requested the change of the remote control of my TV, 3 times, and at the end it was not working properly, probably the problem was the TV and not the remote control

The only problem for this booking was a mistake in giving me a double bed room instead of a king's size bed room (originally booked). Otherwise the hotel is very nice in every aspect.
