Dear guest, I am very sorry to read, that we were not able to fulfil your expectations. In winter season there is no A/C in the hotel, but you can regulate the heater or even turn it off. The used scents are normally loved by our guests and are as soft as a scent can be, this was important for us. In the bathroom the products are from L'Occitane, also normally loved from travelers.
