Nyt hotel - store værelser
Dejligt nyt hotel. Meget stort og lyst værelse - dejligt, idet vi havde flere overnatninger. Morgenmaden rigtig god - men det kneb med opfyldning. Personalet i morgenmadsrestauranten virkede stressede. Hotellet ligger desværre lidt langt fra Victoria og det kræver umiddelbart egen bil for at komme til Victoria. Flere OK restauranter i lokalområdet.

Fin oplevelse, men......
Udmærket hotel. Fremstår nyt og lækkert. God morgenmad. Eneste ting der trækker ned er de meget bløde senge og at der ingen dør er mellem entre og værelset. Det betyder at det trækker. Dette er muligvis ikke et problem om sommeren.

The property is pretty good like any other Holiday Inn. The only thing I wished if they had smart tv or some better channels while we were in room and winding down. Breakfast is decent with lotta sugary pastries. Swimming is small but water was warm. Overall I enjoyed the stay

We are still currently here at the hotel, and I got disappointed when the staff called us last night around 8:30pm, saying that we are noisy, but that time, my family already sleeping, so how come someone complaining a noise from our room. I ask for slippers, no slippers. Body wash is empty when we came in 😔

Had to stay as my son was rushed to the hospital and we live on Salt Sspring Island. They were very caring and emoathetic, and exyemding my stay in the same room was not an issue at all, when my son had to go into surgery.

It was a little noisy on the Wale Road side of the hotel, but not the hotel's fault. Otherwise all great.
