Dejligt hotel med central beliggenhed
Dejligt hotel med med super god beliggenhed i forhold til såvel slot som byen og restauranter. God morgenmadsbuffet og lækkert barområde. Garage under hotel med direkte elevator til lobby (20€ pr. Døgn) Værelset var i den mindre ende, til trods for bestilt supervisor-klasse.

Nice big rooms and a generous breakfast. The gym leaves a lot to be desired. Air conditioner was not the best as it typically is in France.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant staff was less welcoming. The room was well furnished and cozy, and the location close to Versailles is unbeatable. Shopping and dining are also within easy walking distance.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful staff! Basically a part of the larger palace complex, very walkable. Close to groceries, coffee and restaurants. Parking is extremely convenient, although you’ll do best with a compact car—there are a limited number of spots and it’s a tight squeeze. Impeccable service and facilities along with location make it highly recommended!

Nice room. Toilet and shower were in separate rooms, which is convenient when traveling with a partner. Good shower with both rain shower head and handheld. Great bed and pillows. 2 free bottles of water daily. Very convenient to walk to Versailles palace and multiple bakeries and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The property itself was nice and served its purpose. The train station is nearby that made getting around convenient. The location is a bit far from the main city.

Terrible. Not a chateau and no hammam... Cheap furnishings and fittings. Very basic. Small lobby, small bar. Breakfast, expect no help, we asked for oat cappuccino and were told make your own- fine, but then someone else was served one from the kitchen? There was no oat milk in the machine. They were not interested. The Sauna and steam were FILTHY. As I walked in, someone had taken a shower and there were HUGE puddles on the floor and I nearly fell. I then went to the sauna for a few mins as it was -3 outside and my body was stiff and whilst I was sat in the sauna a poor man came in to area and slipped because of the puddles on thr floor from the shower leadinh to the main door. Shen I opened the door to the steam room, the smell of BO was so vast and when I looked on floor, there were tonnes of body hair. It was disgusting. There were no towels in the sauna/gym area and NO water there so I had to dash to my bedroom before I passed out. I think the no water thing was most worrying for me. This wasn't a cheap hotel, I could have stayed at the Waldorf for same price. We had no help with our luggage either. No welcome drink. There were no bathrobes as stated in the booking. Bad experience, skip it. Tacky, underwhelming.

amazing location
The hotel was very good and the staff were incredible. however when I arrived in the room, there was a tampon in the toilet. I am aware mistakes happen apart from that small mistake the hotel was amazing, location was perfect right next to the palace.

The Hotel Le Louis Versailles Chateau L'M Gallery was both beautiful and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help and assist you. The location is absolutely perfect! You are only a five minute walk from The Palace of Versailles, and several local souvenir shops and cafes. I highly recommend this hotel to any and all people traveling.

Hotellin lokaatio on erinomainen Versailles pysähdystä ja etenkin Versaillesin linnan vierailun suhteen. Huoneet olivat siistit ja modernit ja ravintolan ruoka ja aamupala olivat laadukkaita. Parkkihalli löytyy, tosin maksullinen myös asukkaille. Toisena majoituspäivänä pyysimme lasten majoituksessa käytetyn huoneen siivousta heti aamusta koska tyttäremme oli huonovointinen ja halusi päästä iltapäivästä huoneeseensa lepäämään. Palasimme hotellille klo 16 eikä huonetta oltu vieläkään siivottu. Jouduimme itse hoitamaan vessan ja suihkutilan siivouksen jotta tyttäremme pääsisi nukkumaan. Ilmeinen info katkos mutta yllättävä moka muuten erittäin laadukkaan ja palveluystävällisen hotellin toimesta.

Great weekend in Versaille - visiting the Palace and all the other sites. The hotel is in a great location, the staff were friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was very good - quality and choice. I would stay here again if I return to Versaille.

A great hotel let down by the little things
The hotel itself is excellent and the proximity to Versailles couldn't be better (5 mins walk). However, there seemed to be some staff issues exemplified by some tardy service. We also ate in the restaurant one evening, which was a massive disappointment. My wife tends to vegetarianism, but the only menu choices were steak (3 ways) or a vegan menu, which frankly shouldn't be offered to anyone on a paying basis, it was so boring.

This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at on my trip to France. Buffet in the morning I highly recommend. The accommodations are worth every penny and the convenience from the train to any other destinations is easily done walking.
