No one told me that there are no check-in desk, on-site staff, or a concierge desk even though I spoke to two people prior to my reservation and arrival. And when we got to the hotel the front door was locked and when I rang the bell a few times no one answered or came out. I followed someone who scanned herself in and asked, and found out that their app has a built-in access key in it. Which is fine, but they should have communicated this (and the fact that it is a staff-less facility) on their advertisement, homepage, and during our phone conversation. I am a fan of future tech and innovation, but this just felt like a scam not letting me know beforehand. Never staying here again.
