Absolut glimrende hotel tæt på centrum og banegård. Kan kun anbefales. Værelset(junior suite) var absolut glimrende, og personalet meget imødekommende. Kan absolut anbefales. Fremragende morgenmad for italienske forhold.

Although I didn’t get a room upgrade they sent a lovely box of chocolates and a note apologizing they couldn’t accommodate the upgrade. What an absolutely stunning and phenomenal staff! Everyone at front desk was excellent! All cheerful, well-mannered and very helpful! From printing out a document I needed, to recommendations and turning air down to 18, etc.

Super hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pieds. Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace. Le spa est super agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et calmes. Bon petit déjeuner. Literie raide par contre. Ne convient pas à tous les dos, le miens notamment. Sinon c’est parfait !

What a beautiful visit to the city of Turin! The hotel was perfect the staff were always helpful and kind. Especially the concierge Silvia was amazing from the day I booked with my many emails. Thank you for making our trip so special. After my son left they allowed me to stay in the room as an upgrade. The spa was great! Do not miss it. A truly wonderful experience and free for hotel guests. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting Torino again one day.

The hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room but the The sound of our upstairs room footsteps was constantly noisy. We are not sure but it sounded like the person is walking across the room going back and forth for an extensive period of time. The hotel is bit old but nice and clean also well furnished. We are grateful for the front desk to help us getting us a taxi since we couldn't speak Italian.
