This is about check-in staff - for constructive criticism. We stood at front desk & staff was on phone assisting someone & was unable to find what the person was looking for. Never made eye contact with us or gesture she would be a moment. They told person on phone let me connect you to our 1-800 and instead of doing that kept talking again, not acknowledging us. We waited about 10-15 minutes which wasn't a problem, it would have been nice to put call on hold or say to us she would be a minute. We understand being busy. She was very pleasant once she completed the call & helped us.

Friendly staff, helpfull in our needs, Good quite, bed was comfortable, Great set up for kitchenette. Only thing is the bathtub not to great, and shower curtains were yellowish.

I had a room right by the front desk had to listen to the staffs big mouth all night extremely loud and rude could not sleep. Room 100 should be closed. Way too close to the lobby. Horrific for the outrageous rates you charge on the weekends due to the proximity to the casino. Location is good. Bed was acceptable

I liked the closeness to Winstar Casino. The bed was a little too hard for my liking. The room needs to be updated. Breakfast was just alright, nothing to write home about.

Stayed here recently for a concert at Winstar. The front desk lady was 5 stars helpful, friendly and a joy to talk to. I wish I had paid attention to her name. The room we were assigned was right next to the front desk. We asked to be moved since we are light sleepers. The only other room was right next door which was not much better but we had no choice. The bed was firm, but comfortable. I would stay here again, but next time book direct with BW. I feel booking with Expedia, we were given the undesirable rooms

The staff was exceptionally accommodating, and quick to get us checked in. They were knowledgeable and helpful, also. The room was extremely clean, too. We will definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff. Location is great and right by the Winstar Casino. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. I was happy to see they had a bathtub and not just a walk-in shower.
