Hi Raluca, I am sorry you felt your property accommodations were not up to your liking. We did not receive any complaints from you, and if something was not to your standards, you did not give us any opportunity to correct the situation. I can tell you for sure the villa was cleaned. We do not have guests check in to a dirty villa, ever. I believe this review is unfair and inaccurate. This is one of our nicest property's we have and it rents very well. Our house rules do require our guests remove all debris and perishables on departure as well as cleaning up utensils used in the kitchen. It was reported to me by my staff, that you did in fact not follow all the house rules as required, causing a lot of extra cleaning to be performed by them. You mentioned getting an obsessive amount of emails about our house rules. You receive 4, that is all, yet you did not follow them. These are self catering units, not a hotel. You were given a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The clean you paid for was to thoroughly clean the unit at your departure as we do after every reservation. Once a gain, I do apologize you were not happy with the accommodation. Perhaps if you had contacted us as soo as you checked in and had concerns, we could have addressed your concerns in a timely manner.
