Nice stay, good value
Nice one week stay, very large hotel with many elevators, but stairs could have improved logistics. Food fine, but not excellent. Overall good value for money.

En rigtig god oplevelse
Junior suite med havudsigt og platinstatus var en fantastisk god oplevelse. Dejligt moderne værelse med flot udsigt. Der var musik fra sportscafeen nede på strandpromenaden, men det tog vi som ekstra underholdning. Et flot hotel med altid venligt personale.

Nice relaxing holiday
Great hotel, and the Platinum Club is highly recommended! The staff working are great, although the young people in the reception where not really helpful with any of our requirements. Service in the restaurants/bars was really good.

Hotellet var fint om end lidt slidt. Der var pænt rent. Maden var af fin kvalitet om end ikke så varieret. Jeg måtte betale 19 euro for adgang til WiFi, der kun fungerede i lobbyen og jeg blev ofte smidt af. Det var for dyrt og dårligt og jeg ville på den baggrund være et andet hotel en anden gang.

This is a very nice hotel. The food at the main restaurant is by best barely edible. It is a shame because the hotel is very lovely and has a chill relaxed vibe. We at most of our meals of site. I would have appreciated some carpet in my room and better towel/mini bar service. The staff is above helpful and friendly. Great ocean view and accessibility. Many local drinking spots very close by that have wonderful views of the ocean and tasty cocktails.

Platinum service wasnt worth of paying. Our junior suite was faced to the walking street and all the restaurants so it wasnt quiet at all during the night.

Por otra parte hemos tomado nota de todos sus comentarios y los hemos trasladados a los respectivos departamentos para su revisión y análisis. L'hôtel est magnifique. Nous avons eu la surprise d'être accueillie en mode VIP grâce à notre réservation suite platinium, belle surprise. Cependant nous nous sommes fait volé notre téléphone dans la zone rooftop platinium, accès limité ! Nous avons signalé cela à la réception. La seule chose qu'on nous a proposé c'est de faire venir la police pour signaler. L'hôtel n'est après cela plus revenu vers nous pour au moins savoir si nous passions un bon séjour malgré ce vol dans leur établissement. Mis à part ce fâcheux incident, nous avons passer un bon séjour.

We had a really nice stay. The reception was very nice and were flexible with meal options for the half board option. The food was better than I expected and the hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean! Would stay here again for sure.

Best hotel ever!
This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything is amazing from the staff to the breakfast to the pool area. The system of reserving sun loungers is genius. No leaving towels out. It’s a brilliant idea. And no kids 😀 We will be back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

Great hotel
We had a great stay all staff were very nice and friendly the hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and outside with plenty of entertainment at night, only thing I didn’t like was having to book a sun lounger was a right pain but we managed to get a lounger and the room the beds were very soft to soft I couldn’t really get a good sleep but over all enjoyed our time thanks

As you approach the hotel and its grand entrance, you're filled with joy and excitement. The hotel is stunning. The rooms are very comfortable. The food is delicious. The location is fantastic. The only thing to keep in mind is the crowd at the hotel - it's fully targeting the retired and not so much the young. The activities are all designed for those born in 1950s to 1970s. So if you're a young couple looking for a happening place, this ain't it! We loved it anyway because old people are awesome and a complete treat.

There were no children around. The food was delicious, had breakfast every morning. The hotel was clean and beautiful but beware people of colour; expect some ignorant service from front desk.

We loved our stay at the Princess Hotels. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The hotel pool areas are relaxing. High standard of cleanliness. We would recommend a Platnuim stay as the additional facilities and restaurants are superb. Great location as walking distance to beach and nearby attractions.

Little break away in a perfect hotel
