Fantastic Half Term Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely and well equipped property. We were a party of 2 families, 4 adults and 5 children and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and to head to either Fanabe or Del Duqe beach, in fact it was closer than we anticipated from the listing. The house has everything we needed, with lovely views down to the sea and over Costa Adeje. We enjoyed a few mornings and afternoons by the pool at the Villa because it was just so nice - again I was pleasantly surprised as we normally like to get out and about. Would love to return in the future. Thank you.

A Family Week in Adeje
Overall the villa was lovely, good bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of outside space on different levels. Generally well equipped but we felt the fridge was too small for the number of visitors, not helped by some of the storage shelves being broken reducing the usable space further and being awkward to use. The water filter was a godsend saving us the cost and carrying involved in buying bottled water. The BBQ seemed a bit underpowered. There was one safety issue which we raised with the pool man - the bottom drain guard in the pool was broken in a way that a child’s foot could conceivably get trapped! This needs to be fixed soonest. Good location with easy beach access and close to shops for day to day needs. A nice part of the resort and a comfortable villa for our party of nine ranging from 3 to 73! Elena was very helpful indeed throughout the process, responding to questions very quickly.

Great Location and Venue
We were a family of 11 and there was plenty of space at the villa for everyone to have their own space. The pool was lovely, and although the weather was lovely and warm we were glad we had the pool heated. Elena met us on arrival and was extremely helpful. The Villa is close to all amenities and everything you need is a short walk away. The water park is also only a short taxi ride away. Thank you Elena for a lovely stay, we will hopefully be back again!

Great location, perfect for family or group
Could not be a better location in the heart of the hotel and shopping of Coste Adeje. 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Villa was clean, pool was in great shape. Garage available for rental car, so parking was easy. Elena, the host, was immediately responsive and very helpful.

Fabulous villa excellent location, host Elena was superb, very friendly, helpful. We had a major problem with the boiler springing a leak on the Sunday to which someone was out to it within minutes and replaced boiler the next morning - very impressed - would definitely stay again was idea for our family Holiday

Luxurious house in good location

Loved it, would go back in a heart beat!
We had a fantastic stay at the villa, amazing location and loved the heated pool! Check in was great with the lovely Elena. Water filter was fantastic saving us lots of money and carrying bottled water from the super market. The only thing we would change was the internet connection, as it only really worked in the main living room so we used a lot of data! Thank you again, we hope to return soon.

Wonderful villa in Bahia del Duque
We had an amazing holiday at this villa. The accommodation was perfect for us with the children having their own floor. We absolutely loved the pool in fact the children never wanted to leave it. We knew the area from a previous visit and were pleased to go back and visit our old haunts. The hills to the property could be challenging especially in the heat but no-one complained. At least we knew we’d have air conditioning when we got back. Elena was one of the best hosts we’ve had. She explained everything when we arrived and was very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this villa. We will be back.

Great house, excellent service
The house is excellent and as described. Elena is a wonderful host, met us at the house and explained everything. She answered messages right away and was extremely helpful in every way. I recommend this property highly. The only negative is that there are many steps and steep hills to walk so not the best option if that is difficult.

Wunderschönes Haus mitten im touristischen Stadtgebiet
Das Haus ist perfekt mit allem ausgestattet. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist und was uns nicht bewusst war: es liegt mitten im extremtouristischen Stadtgebiet ohne jegliche Natur in der Umgebung. Der Weg zum Strand dauert knapp 5 Minuten. Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind genügend da.

Bester Urlaub in fantastischer Villa in Strand-und Shopping-Nähe!
Meine Partnerin und ich haben in dieser fantastischen Villa alles gefunden was wir gesucht haben: absolute Privatsphäre bei zentraler Lage nahe dem Strand und vielen Shopping-Möglichkeiten! Die Villa ist super ausgestattet, hochklassig eingerichtet und sicherlich für 8 oder 10 Personen groß genug. Wir waren 1 Woche zu zweit dort und hatten in der 2. Woche einen Freund zu Besuch,- für 3 Personen ist die Villa abolut riesig! Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut gepflegt und die Raumaufteilung bzw. Zimmerlage macht absolut Sinn. Tolle große Palmen schaffen eine klasse Urlaubsatmosphäre. Die Aussicht über Adeje und zum Meer ist sensationell, besonders von der Dachterasse aus. Es gibt insgsamt 3 Terrassen,- auf mindestens 1 oder 2 hatten wir immer Sonne. Die Bilder und das Video hier bei Fewo wurden durch die Realität noch übertroffen! Der Pool ist definitv groß genug und auch selbst im Winter (mit Beheizung) warm genug. Besonders gut fanden wir die Sportmöglichkeiten in der Villa,- vielen Stunden haben wir an der wertigen Tischtennisplatte verbracht und auch die Klimmzugstange täglich genutzt. Wir haben die Villa sofort für 2022 wieder gebucht! Hervorheben möchte ich besonders den tollen Empfang durch die Besitzerin Elena und ihre sehr hilfreiche und super-freundliche Betreuung! Sie hat uns jederzeit mit allen Fragen in sensationeller Geschwindigkeit weitergeholfen. Wir haben uns in dieser Villa wie zu Hause gefühlt,- für uns gibt es keinen besseren Ort um entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Es ist alles in Geh-Weite zu erreichen, gleich 2 Supermärkte, 2 Shoppingcenter und natürlich der helle Playa Del Duque Strand....alles innerhalb von 5 Min oder gar weniger zu erreichen. Man braucht noch nicht einmal unbedingt einen Mietwagen,- Taxis sind günstig. Wir beide freuen uns jedenfalls riesig auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser Villa und auch darauf Elena wieder zu treffen, die sich so lieb um uns gekümmert hat!

Safe escape in the midst of the COVID pandemic. Fantastic property with various terraces that allow you to follow the sun all day. Location is ideal - close to shopping centre and pleasant walk to the beach. Can’t wait to go back. Felt so safe at such an uncertain time. Our own little oasis! Private and most of all safe.

Annual Tenerife Holiday
We generally go to Tenerife at least once a year for a family holiday. Prior to this we have generally booked hotels but decided to go for a Villa this time around as there was 8 of us travelling. Having owned a property myself in Tenerife not far from this location I was very familiar with the area and location. However the property actually exceeded our expectations. The fact that it had its own pool gave us all the privacy that we wanted. The property is amazing and I would highly recommend it. There is a book in the villa with things to do and local restaurants and take aways which is brilliant for people who aren't familir with the area and we actually did take up some of the recommended restaurants. All in all a superb holiday and the whole process was seamless.

Perfect family holiday
The villa is located in an ideal position and everything is easily assessable without a car. It’s possible to travel to other parts of the Island as there’s a bus stop just at the top of the road, it runs regularly and it’s air conditioned too. The taxi’s are also an option and the drivers were all very polite and pleasant. The villa itself had everything we could have needed and although in a complex, we still had privacy, due to how it’s planned out. The sun hits all the terraces at different parts of the day, so it’s perfect for relaxing on a lounger basking in the reliable rays of sunshine. Elena was prompt at meeting us on arrival and she had got the extra shopping I had asked for, which really showed true hospitality. She was attentive if anything was needed throughout the stay. Overall, great villa, great location, great owner and Tenerife is great too. We will definitely be coming back!

We were a group of 9 women and this villa had plenty of room for us. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was amazing! This villa is within walking distance to two beaches and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this villa! Grosszügiges Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort
Der Kontakt und die gesamte Abwicklung mit Elena war problemlos und äusserst freundlich. Auch die Rückerstattung der Kaution klappte ohne Probleme. Das Haus ist in einer noblen Gegend und an einer Privatstrasse gelegen. Das Einkaufszentrum Playa del Duque ist 5', der berühmte gleichnamige Strand 10' entfernt. Es gibt einige Restaurants in der Umgebung sowie ein weiteres Einkaufszentrum gleich hinter dem Haus, wo es auch ein Old School Fitness Center hat. Siam Mall ist ca 10' mit dem Auto, der Flughafen ca. 20' entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über eine Garage, die wohl zwei mittleren Fahrzeugen Platz bieten würde. Von da gelangt man ins UG mit einem Wohnbereich mit Ping Pong Tisch und Fernseher sowie 2 Schlafzimmern mit je 2 Einzelbetten und einem Bad mit Wanne und WC. Durch das Atrium, welches alle Stockwerke verbindet, fällt tagsüber auch etwas Licht hinein. Im EG warten zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und zwei weitere Badezimmer, eines mit Wanne/WC und eines mit Dusche/WC sowie einer ziemlich gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem Wohn-/Essbereich mit Sofa, TV und Esstisch und dem Zugang zu den Terrassen im EG und dem beheizten Pool. Obwohl um die 26 Grad versprochen wurden, war das Wasser gefühlt eher 21 Grad, was aber den Badeplausch nicht eingeschränkt hat. Es gibt 4 Sonnenliegen und einen weiteren Esstisch beim Pool. Im OG liegt das Hauptschalfzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigener Doppeldusche/WC und Zugang zur phänomenalen Dachterrasse, welche zwei weitere Liegen bietet sowie Blick zum Meer. Ausserdem gibt es oben ein weiteres Kinderschlafzimmer mit einem Bett. Der Raum dort heizt sich aber wegen der Sonneneinstrahlung und fehlender Klimaanlage ziemlich auf. Insgesamt war uns das Haus innen eher etwas kühl, tagsüber kühler als draussen, was uns veranlasste, im Haus mit langen Kleidern zu sein. Das ganze Gebäude bietet hervorragende Privatsphäre, obwohl die Nachbarhäuser ziemlich nah waren. Wir haben uns aber nie beobachtet oder gar belästigt gefühlt. Das Haus biete auch sehr, sehr viel Platz, sodass jeder eine Ecke finden kann zum ungestörten Lesen o.ä. Unsere Teenies waren besonders dankbar um das WLAN, welches fast im gesamten Haus verfügbar war und insbesondere im Wohnzimmer die gewohnte Geschwindigkeit zum Zocken bot. Pool und Garten wurden mindestens einmal wöchentlich gepflegt und einmal pro Woche kam noch die Putzfrau, die ihren Job sehr ernst nahm. Das Haus ist sein Geld definitiv wert und wir würden es in Zukunft wieder buchen

Amazing !
We stayed in Elenas beautiful villa for 4 nights 22 to 26 January 2019 there were 9 of us girls ranging in age from 20 to 56 and we had an absolute ball. The villa is just stunning , spotlessly clean well equipped and the best of furnishings. Prior to travelling any query I had, Elena always replied to my emails almost immediately . Elena met us at the villa and walked us round it showing us how to work things and anything we needed to know , Elena has thought of everything with items such as hairdryers , beach towels , dishwasher tablets The villa is located in such a super location , quite an upmarket quiet area with a fab selection of bars coffee shops supermarkets restaurants beach and lovely shops all close by , there’s even a huge big outdoor market right beside the villa with the usual array of market products and stalls if you are in to that sort of thing . Anyone staying here will not be disappointed it’s fab we are already planning our next trip here , perfect for a girly trip , couples trip or for two families 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great property in ideal Location!
Visited with friends and 3 children - villa was well equipped in a handy location for beach, shops, restaurants and water park. Elena was very helpful but we had no problems Only negative (which can’t be helped) is lack of garden space for the children and pool not having a shallow end.

Perfect family villa in a great location!
Lovely, large fully equipped villa which comfortably fits 10 people. The villa is also in a great location being within walking distance to different pockets of shops, restaurants and even beaches. We’ve been to Tenerife many times but the Del Duque area was new to us but we loved it. Elena is an excellent host. I’m sure we will be back!

Thanks Elena!! Villa was stunning. In a very good location 5 days wasn't enough could of spent the month there. This was our 6th time to Tenerife our first time in a villa would do it again tomorrow if I could. Communication with Elena was very easy always at the end of the phone. The villa was very clean and the standard was unbelievable. Thanks again hopefully see you next year!!

Lovely villa for a girlie stay
We stayed in Elena's villa for 4 nights. Elena is a good owner because she responds to requests immediately. We had a couple of minor things which needed sorting and Elena gave us the pool heating free as a gesture of goodwill. Just a little 10 minute walk down a hill to the main restaurants. Thank you again Elena.

Fantastic central villa!
This was a wonderful villa right beside Plaza del Duque and would accommodate a large number of people. It looks exactly as it does in the photographs and was immaculately clean throughout. Everything you might need is available including items for babies and young children. It is extremely modern and tasteful throughout. We would definitely book this villa again. Although this was not an issue for us, I would not advise this villa for people with walking difficulties as there are many stairs and a steap walk up a hill.
