Receptionist was very rude on check in. Didn’t offer wine even though reservation stated it. No room upgrade. The next day the staff improved. Hotel has no lobby and the terrace was warm as they shut off AC at night. Rooms are comfortable but basic

It will be my pleasure to check what happened Regarding the upgrade, we would like to explain that the "Expedia VIP service" includes a complimentary bottle of wine in the room and a complimentary upgrade of the room. While we strive to provide upgrades whenever possible, they are subject to availability. As surely explained to you during your stay, we unfortunately did not have superior category rooms available during your visit and I'm sure you received a bottle of wine in the room.I want to clarify that our hotel does offer a variety of amenities to enhance your stay. While our room design is minimalist, we provide complimentary Netflix and Cellcom TV for your entertainment. Additionally, on our 4th-floor terrace, we offer complimentary beer, wine, tea, coffee, and water available 24/7 for our guests to enjoy.Thank you again for your valuable feedback. A real happy place in the center of Tel Aviv, within walking distance to Dizengoff Sq, Ge‘ula Beach and Rothschild-Boulevard. Also Neve Zdek could be reached after a short stroll of about 15 to 20 minutes, depending of how fast you walk and how often you stop, because you find an interesting shop, building or scene on the way. Well connected to public transportation, located in an a hip, yet quiet residential neighborhood with lots of greens and nice cafés. Great streetfood places nearby - follow the recommendations provided by the hotel, they are really excellent. Beautiful modern room, super clean, very friendly and attentive staff, great rooftop terrace with complementary drinks. Put in a nutshell: Highly recommendable. PS: Try the avocado-sandwich at Gili‘s - a small daytime café on the ground floor of the hotel. You won’t regret it!

Good hotel bad breakfast.
Good location. Clean room. Breakfast is lacking. It is served in a small coffee shop on the first floor. We had wait for a seat even though we booked a place. The coffee was good but food was mediocre at best.

The rooms are new and well-decorated; the hotel has a lively, excellent coffee shop in the lobby, with a young Tel Aviv vibe. Service was always polite and excellent. The elevator is fast and efficient. The fifth floor has a rooftop garden; the fourth floor has another outdoor area with hot water and cold drinks, make your cocktails, and is very well maintained. Our room had an outdoor patio, which was well-landscaped. The mattress and pillow were very good. The central air conditioning was fast, efficient, and quiet. Use the gett app on your phone to get a ride anywhere. Car parking in this neighborhood would be impossible. The lively nearby old Carmel Market has great food and things to see and buy. Beware of electric scooters all over Tel Aviv.

Great boutique hotel in heart of the city. The room was small but very well designed and very clean. Parking is off site but near. The on site restaurant had delicious breakfast and always busy. Will definitely return.

The hotel is well located within walking distance to beach, market, museums… There is a great cafe in it for delicious fresh breakfasts, there is a rooftop for sunning and a covered terrace with free wine, beer as well. Rooms are clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic boutique hotel in great location
Fantastic boutique hotel in an excellent location. 10 minutes walk from a great beach and 10 minutes walk from great little neighbourhoods. The room is very well styled and in great condition. The terrace is a great spot to relax from the heat. We absolutely loved it (we travelled as a couple with a 1 year old). We would definitely stay again when next in Tel Aviv.

A wonderful experience
I have been visiting Tel Aviv every year for over 20 years . I have stayed at many hotels during this time and Hotel Saul ranks as one of the best . This boutique hotel has a very welcoming feel about it from the way the employees greeted me and got to know me to the freshness and cleanliness of the rooms, wonderful bed and bedding , bathroom accessories , welcoming chocolates and a hand written message. A nice touch is the complimentary wine and beer and the weekly cocktail evening . I will definitely return to this hotel next year .

Loved our stay at Hotel Saul
Loved our stay here. Hotel Saul is a very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv. Our room was very nice and super quiet. The cafe downstairs is amazing as well. We will be back!
