Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel.The hotel is in fact a 5 star boutique hotel in the Diamond exchange area of Ramat Gan. The bedroom sizes are available to view on all of the websites and there is ample public parking in the area of the hotel.

Hello Eric.We are very sorry to hear you had a bad exprience with the hotel but i would like to address the issues you brought up:- The amount that was billed on your reservation is the same amount that you had ordered with the money you had payed to Expedia. If you have any issues, then you need to contact expedia for clarification.- The credit card for deposit is a must at the hotel and that is the precedure as it says on expedia itself.- Exchange shops are located in the vicinity of the hotel- The reception staff is well trained and any questions you had that they did not know the answer to was because they did not know 100% the answer and had needed time to verify.
