AC in room barely blew air and wasn't cool enough. The hallways apparently have no ac and hot. The floors were coming up in room. Signs in lobby said they are renovating but I was confused where because I only see the lobby redone. The plus is the view was great and was convenient to stay there after we watched the DJ with the cabana we got at WTR. The food at cafe is good. If they replace ac in rooms and renovate the hotel has good possibility but I wouldn't stay again in its current status.

It has pool party in one of their facilities which makes it great and convenient for people in their 20s. I don’t think it’s kids friendly establishment. The facility is very close to Courtney Campbell Causeway leading to Clearwater beach which has its advantages and disadvantages. It’s very close to Tampa and to clear water beach, but this causeway could be very noisy especially if you’re looking for quiet. If you like cycling this hotel is very close to the causeway trail and staff are very friendly

It was convenient for my stay. The toilet did not flush properly. One of the lights did not work by the bed. The fan in the bathroom was loud. The staff was very gracious and helpful. Overall I would stay there again. The view was gorgeous

Staff were not very friendly Hotel was not very clean The toilet seat was broken. There was a huge cabana party with dance music thumping . Luckily it ended at 8pm. But the drunk kids kept partying all night . Will not be back

Don’t even know where to start. Don’t let them put you on the 6th floor. Hallway carpets Filthy and musty. Looks like people have split stuff or thrown up all over the carpet, in hallways. The room was in need of serious repair. Bathroom faucet in shower falling off, along with the shower head, exhaust fan non functional, so room got real humid after anyone took a shower. The room itself, floor had a floorboard was literally off and all scratched up. Walls noticeably patched up. The sliding door to patio, locking mechanism totally broke and someone attempted to use some sloppy fix job, that didn’t work btw, and when you opened it, you could get it to shut completely on the top again, without having to Jerry rig it shut again. Bedding had a smell curious if it had even been changed. Very bad experience and would not ever recommend this place. What I found interesting, was we stayed there with 2 other families, which got the 2nd floor, without any issues. Why would you put anyone on such a crappy floor, when you have floors that have been remodeled?

Wifi very weak, breakfast very weak, we have to call many time for someone to pick up the trash and clean the room, we found more than 5 Roaches in the bathroom.

Loved the location Old, run down, no water in bathroom sink taps, stained bathtub, patio door wouldn’t lock and charged resort fee even though we didn’t check in until after midnight

The hotel was a little runned down. Furniture were all worned out. Dirt built up all along the corners of the floor/wall. Not enough plugs for charging phones. Patio door was not locking properly. Rooms need major renovation. Bathtub had slow drainage. Sink had low water pressure. Lobby was under renovation and smelled like paint.

This hotel is not for kids. Pool is only for adults. You can’t do anything if you have kids. This information should be posted before you even before you book. Its just frustrating that it wasn’t disclosed.

When I take my son to have medical care done in Tampa every year or 2 we stay it's our favorite and makes a not so great trip turn into fun in paradise, thank you:)

Location great but what you see on the internet is not what you get. Furniture's outdated rooms need to be updated for the rates they ask for and the plumbing system needs to be upgraded. The toilet backs up after each use. The next person has to wait at least 20 minutes for the toilet to fully flush to use the toilet. Front desk said that is the norm. Pool and cabana hours were closed at 7 even though it says 10pm and the regular pool was freezing. Daily rate is way too much for what they claim they have. We would’ve been better off in a Quality Inn or similar definitely cheaper. Will NEVER come back to this hotel.

Fridge didn’t work in room, dirty towels, door was crooked and had to be shoved shut, paint chipping in bathtub, toiletries not provided. Dirty curtains( looked like a bloody handprint). Location great, lobby great, service good. Rooms need work!! A lot!!

The hotel location is great, but the hotel its self is horrible the rooms need major updating and the hallways smelled like throw up, the room walls were dirty and the restroom the walls had water damage the bathtub was damaged it was horrible.

Second time here. Had I read the newest reviews there’s no way I’d ever stay in this hotel. Great view but it’s not worth the money. This is a motel 6 and that’s being generous.

The property was a great location. The front desk staff were great. There were no umbrellas around hotel pool and it was in the sun all afternoon. We approached the WTR staff to request one and they were a little aggressive in denying us. After a second visit to the front desk one umbrella was brought to the pool.
