Good value for money, for families.
Great clean apartments for families, close to Darling Harbour and walking distance to Chinatown and the Rocks. Not much view though, if you are om levels with the parking-building. But overall good service and good value for money.

Find et andet sted!
Jeg vil IKKE anbefale dette sted under nogen forhold! Lejligheden var fin i størrelse og med udsigt fra 14. etage - den såkaldte Penthouse-etage. Slidt men ok. Vi skulle arbejde og havde booket med internet (prisen er 85 Dollars), men det virkede ikke. Personalet var MEGET UHJÆLPSOMME og efter tre dage med elendige (og usande undskyldninger) skulle vi så have ulejlighed med at flytte til en anden lejlighed med netadgang - den var halv størrrelse og MEGET ringere, der var ellers lovet at være samme "niveau" - og der var intet at gøre! At tale med en manager blev afvist, man kommer kun til supervisor-niveau. Udover der er slidt, så var opvaskemaskine defekt og utrolig larmende (oldgammel), pletter på møbler/tæpper. vasken revnet, så man skulle passe på ikke at skære sig, og flere småting.... - og det var så Penthouse-level. Find et andet sted!

It was great to have an affordable stay in the middle of Sydney with the family, be able to walk everywhere and see the sights. The rooms were really lovely, with heaps of space for the family. Felt very safe too when we had a fire alarm go off... there was great communication and awareness for all residents to leave the building safely. Would recommend Oaks as a great place to stay in Sydney.

It is somewhat strange inside with the gates and lack of windows but when you get over this oddity, you get well equipped spacious accommondation. Excellent service and value for money, just 5 mins from Lightrail & Darling harbour ir 20 min walk to contral station

We found it to be quiet comfortable and clean, not elegant or fancy but loved the history of the building. So close to darling harbour, walking distanve to most things. Lots of cafes to choose from

There was water backflow in the toilet leaving floor wet and having to request towels to keep it dry. This matter may require immediate attention for repair. Other than this, the Oaks brand continues to impress with spacious rooms, well equipped kitchenette, modern design pool and jet spa, large sauna, a wide range of gym equipment, and most of all, excellent customer service of the reception staff upon check-in and on stay.

We stayed in a split-level apartment which was perfect for our needs - somewhere for the adults to sit and chat when our child was asleep. Some of the furniture and carpets are a bit dated and old but the amenties were great - the kitchen, washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms a big plus for a bigger group. The location was great, once you navigate through the multistorey opposite, you are into the main Darling Harbour area, close to the tram and there's plenty of food options around. It's really good value for money.

I liked that it was an easy walk to Darling Harbour, the city, Chinatown etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did find a couple of dead cockroaches in the cupboard under the sink which wasn't nice. I also had a little bit of rubbish that I needed to get rid of before I checked out, but couldn't find where the bins were located. I was then told by reception that there was a door next to the lifts that doesn't have a sign for it. How is anyone supposed to find that?

Die Unterkunft war nicht so, wie auf den Bildern präsentiert. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr klein. Der Poolbereich war nicht erhitzt. Bei der Dusche ging nur kalt oder heiß (gefühlt).

This place was awful. The rooms looked nothing like the website. Construction 6 days a week starting at 7:30am. Had no idea there was construction. The layout reminds me of a prison. Broken Lyfts so had to work around that as well. Overall a terrible place and I Don t write bad reviews. Go to the Sofitel or another better known property.

Great location, really good access to Darling Harbour with eateries and easy walk into the city centre. The room itself was average - the fridge ran constantly quite noisy, there was a hose running in the laundry tub sporadically and the towel rail was not affixed to the wall properly. Had a housekeeping issue and it took 3 follow ups before it was addressed. Quite pricey for what was an average experience.
