Staff at the front desk initially took our card and charged the $100 deposit without telling us what she was using our card for. Strong smell of smoke and marijuana in room, alongside aggressively chemical smelling soap used to mask the aroma. Beyond this the floors hadn’t been cleaned since prior guests, as evidenced further by hotel paperwork left behind from previous guest including their information. Outlets didn’t work, and lights were poor and faulty. Also no tea and coffee facilities in the room. We moved to another room late in the evening and are thankful to the staff for accommodating such a request, but the new room also had poor maintenance including a dirty towel left over from a previous guest, all the while with dirty floors and lacking facilities. We appreciated the free drinks token but during our 45 minutes at the restaurant we encountered two mice scurrying across the floor. Poor hotel with poor quality for a pretty hefty charge.

No staff at front desk. 2 towels only, when asked for more towels, only had floor towels available for your body. Washrooms smelled like wet towels/sweat, disgusting. Lots of locals coming in/out using the pool.

The property is very tired and not well maintained. The hotel ran out of bath towels and we were given floor towels to use instead. The smell of ozone was strong in the hallway and the smell seeped into the room. The ozone was produced to remove odours from another room. The shower curtains were dirty and had a strong smell of bacteria.

Rooms were clean and quiet. A/C worked great. The pool was really nice. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent, but the same every day. Still decent though. I would stay here again for sure.

Our hotel stay was Fantastic!! Room was nice and clean, beds were super comfy, breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel, but most of all....all staff members were polite, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were looked after!🙂

Very run down. Broken shower head in bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush well. Both beds were either broken or just not a good frame. They rocked and creaked every time you moved. My son sat on the end of one and the top popped up.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was missing basics like coathangers, ice bag for bucket, pen and paper. Only one waste basket in the room. The heating system was on and off cold and hot. The beds were very lumpy and squeeky. This barely was adequate.

Booking and check in were easy, pleasant, and smooth. The pool was amazing. Rooms were clean and as expected. It was nice to have the restaurant attached and the mall attached, although the mall was a bit short on stores. Not the hotels fault.

It's a decent motel , had a good pool , good breakfast , the room was clean, great shower, beds were a bit too firm my partner and I both had a sore back in the morning ,great location for walkers a good amount of things for families to entertain their kids, kinda bummed there was no radio I need music all night to sleep there was only an alarm all in al was a decent stay .

it was a bit tricky to find this hotel in sudbury. we ended up in a large parking garage and my husband had to thread his way through it before we were given alternate parking arrangements. homeless people were tenting in front of the hotel. we were able to register without incident.
i am in a wheelchair. although surrounding property was hilly, there was staff willing to assist. the hotel was very nice, ramped and completely accessible inside.
