I am truly sorry that you had these issues. I am surprised that you made no effort to contact me about any concerns during your five day stay, especially sinceI live on the property. I had occasion to personally inspect the apartment before you arrived because the prior guest's son lost some toys and I had to turn couches and chairs over to find them. Seems I might have missed one. But I was certain that the floors were clean, as all our prior guests have attested. The refrigerator was perfectly cleaned as was the bathroom although there was some mold on the base of the shower that was cleaned with soap and bleach. I guess a spot was missed, my apologies. The spare roll of paper towels was present under the sink. Had you looked or called, you would know. I did manage to scrub off the burnt on food that you left on one of the sauce pans and I pulled the food-cacked dishes out of the dishwasher that you left stacked on top of each other such that they would not have cleaned even if you had bother to turn the dishwasher on.
