Holiday House Oleas close to the ocean in Stari Grad on the island Hvar

Mi casa es su casa. Come and enjoy Stari Grad close to the center in my house on Hvar island. On the sunny terrace you can comfortably sunbathe or end the day. In about 2 minutes walk you are at the port and in the center where a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, tourist office, bus stop and much more are available.

The space
It has the perfect combination, meaning not that big but adequate space, a garden, two parking spaces and a sunny terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. The accommodation is close to the center of the promenade, shopping, ATMs, tourist office and bus stops. One place to sleep is on a sofa bed in the common room on the ground floor. A parking lot is in front of the house.

Guest access
If guests book this offer, all 4 lockable rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet are available. The terrace can be shared between people (both double rooms have access to the terrace). The kitchen is on the ground floor. The garden area with garden furniture and barbecue can also be used.

Other things to note
The city and the surrounding area can be easily explored by bike, and it's even quicker to get to the beach. Bikes can be rented at our place. Check our Website for FREE bikes. Outside at bike rentals renting costs about 16-25€/ 8 hours and 1-2€/ helmet. The bikes are NOT for racing, jumping, downhill, driving in areas with big rocks or something similar. There is a charging station for two cars in the public car park in front of the house (see photos). The bus stop is about 5 minutes away.
