Unfortunately the A/C does not cool the room. Its a good size room and a small unit. The bed and pillow was awful hard that needs an upgrade as well. Everything else was excellent.

Everything about this property was great. Doesn’t break the bank, private beach, nice pool, cheap umbrellas and great food. Will be coming back next year and probably every year for a while.

Had a great experience here . Great staff great environment food was delicious. Great area with all other resorts around that has events nightly so u can just walk on the beach and enjoy yourself without having to drive and leave your resort . Was a wonderful time forsure !

I would have given this property a 5 star review, but the band two hotels over plays very loud live music until 2 AM. I also tried to use the hotels text guest services assistance but my request was not fulfilled. Housekeeping also did not maintain my room when they were on my floor. Would not recommend for a relaxing stay.

First it’s a nice location and seems to be a nice hotel. But we were placed in a room by the stairs and the door closer was busted off. So all day and night you just heard doors slamming in the room. Then the connecting room had a thin door and there was a baby crying all night. I also don’t see why a hotel with a private beach charges people staying at the hotel for chairs and umbrellas. I’m paying all that money to stay there that should be included. I will stay elsewhere the next time.

The hotel was clean and well located. Private beach was a plus but I didn’t like the fact that you have to pay for the chairs. Location is great. i didn’t have a view but some rooms did.

Property is very well maintained, room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and pleasant. The only issue is the noise. A lot of drunk people making noises after 11pm, banging doors and screaming in the hallway. I know it is not the hotel’s fault which I noticed them trying to control it but just consider bringing a white noise in case you have kids.

I really appreciated the fact that some staff members treated us as if we were friends! Room service persons did a good job. The food was good but could have been less expensive. The food didn’t warrant the prices. The outside bar tender,Jen, went above and beyond to help me when I needed assistance for some things due to being older. I did not appreciate the fact that the breakfast servers would serve burnt food. The facility also needs a better pool environment similar to next door.

My ocean view room was 25 feet directly across from a parking garage, Soo if the blind was open everyone sees right into the room. The parking garage gates were non working. The door going to the balcony had a sign on it to not open the door. There was trash in the room and on balcony. The drain in the shower did not work, and hair was coming out of the drain. Lots of dust in room.

They only gave you 2 waters for the first day only, when they cleaned the room they never replaced the coffee cups or coffee. They cleaned the room every other day, but never came in every day just make the beds or empty the trash. The receptionist had a little attitude problem.

The hotel was very accommodating. We were a couple hours early. They let us park and use the pool and beach. We also were upgraded to a semi beach view room. The rooms were nice size, super clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant (CabanaCoastal) inside for lunch and it was delicious. The pool was nice, beach was clean. Definitely will stay again
