Service second to none!
Hilton Malta has the more friendly and service minded employees I have ever experienced. This is reason enough to stay at the hotel. Further, the hotel is beautiful with good swimmingpools - also a quiet one for guest without accompanying children, the rooms are spacious and with balcony and view, breakfast is really good and can be enjoyed outside in the shade, the Concierge has the best recommendations, check in and out is fast and efficient, the view from the hotel is really nice, and the area around the hotel is nice both with scenic marinas and a more lively area close by. The access to the sea from the rocky area in front of the hotel could be better, which seems like a quite easy fix, and we experienced that the drain in the shower got stuck, which was not fixed as fast as expected. Really minor remarks. In general this stay was a 5 star experience and the hotel is very highly recommended!

Lækkert hotel
Dejligt og stort hotel med mange faciliteter. Dejligt poolområde, stort træningscenter med mange udstyr/maskiner(både styrke og cardio). God SPA med Hammam og gode skønhedsbehandlinger. Overdådig morgenmadsbuffet. God thai restaurant på hotellet. Aircondition og wifi drillede lidt på værelset, men alt i alt et lækkert og rummeligt værelse (executive med havudsigt). Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til promenade med mange restauranter samt barområde.

Not really the room we were expecting
Vi havde bestil et de luxe værelse med balkon og havudsigt - og det fik vi også men på nederste etage med direkte udsigt til en offentlig parkeringsplads og hotellets varelevering - yderligere kunne altan døren dårligt åbnes eller lukkes. Vi blev dog tilbud nyt værelse der var marginalt bedre idet det var etagen højere - med bedre udsigt - men værelset var mindre og mørkere. vi blev stillet en endelig løsning i udsigt på 3. dag (grunden manglende frie værelser) men måtte selv både skrive og rykke hotellet for løsning, som først blev effektueret 4. dag. Denne løsning var dog fin - men utilfredstillende at vi skulle vente så længe at det kun blev for 4 ud af da 7 dage vi boede på hotellet.

Vi syntes hotellet er super lækkert, morgenmaden var i top, og service helt i top,lækker pool lækker indendørs pool. Eneste minus er at der ikke er en legeplads til børnene ved pool områder. Kommer der helt sikkert igen

Superlækkert hotel. Specielt poolområder er flotte. Dog lidt irriterende at hotellet tillader at andre kan benytte pools som del af et Beach Club medlemskab. Store rummelige værelser og god service.

Ikke sammenhæng mellem pris og kvalitet
En skuffende oplevelse og de to andre og billigere hoteller vi boede på var bedre. Alt for dyrt og der er ikke sammenhæng mellem pris og kvalitet. Kaffen på værelset er almindelig instant kaffe, produkterne til hårvask er lige så dårlige som andre steder. En cola i minibaren koster 4 euro, ved købmanden koster den under 1/4. WiFi er gratis på værelset, men man opfordres til at købe en hurtigere adgang for 20 euro og man skal virkelig være vågen for ikke at komme til at klikke ja tak. Ved tjek ind bliver man spurgt, om man ikke vil sætte penge ind på kontoen, som man kan bruge af under opholdet. Man får mails med opfordring og tilbud om køb af morgenmad og aftensmad inden tjek ind. Vi får en oplevelse af, at det handler om at få gæsterne til at bruge så meget som muligt ekstra selv om værelset bestemt ikke er billigt. Sengen på værelset er meget hård og højere på midten så man triller ud mod kanten. Sengen knirker meget hver gang en af os vender os. Der var meget lydt og vi kunne tydeligt høre dem i værelset ved siden af tale, selv om de ikke talte højt. Jeg havde set frem til en gåtur i haven og ved vandet om aftenen, men det var ikke muligt på grund af vejret. Der havde været blæst dagen før, men det var et døgn siden så hvorfor stadig lukke området af? Ved tjek ud spørge receptionisten om vi var tilfreds med opholdet, og jeg fortæller om sengen og den manglende mulighed for at kunne gå ud på stranden og i haven om aftenen, men han virker ligeglad. Hvorfor spørger han så?

Dejligt hotel med gode pool områder. 2 pools til familie og leg og 2 hvor der ikke måtte være børn. 1 pool til “kun for voksne” havde været nok. Indendørs pool er ok men må desværre ikke bruges af nogen under 15 efter kl. 18. Det er virkelig skidt, når man rejser med børn. Vil gabe over både business og familie badeferie. Det lykkes ikke helt. Dejlig morgenmad. Travlt i weekenden.

Super lækker hotel både ind og ude. Fantastiske omgivelser. Super service. Vores datter har glutenallergi og køkkenet lavede uden problemer glutenfri pandekager til hende til morgenmad. Derudover var der et stort udvalg af glutenfri morgenmads produkter. På afrejsedagen skulle vi meget tidlig afsted fra hotellet. De sørgede så for at vi fik morgensbokse med på rejsen, så vi ikke skulle undvære morgenmad

WORLD CLASS HOTEL !!!
I have been travelling a lot through out the last 10 year, both as business and holiday, consequently I have stayed in a lot of hotels. I have to say this, this hotel is outstanding, and I believe this hotel is the best I ever stay at. Booked the executive floor with lounge access and this lounge is fantastic and amasing view. Fantastic pool area and breakfast, even the free wifi worked perfect. More or less walking distance to everything, restaurants, bars, casino etc... Everything simply world class, cannot wait to come back.

L’hôtel était très bien. Le personnel agréable. Nous avons été surclassé avec vue sur mer notre seul bémol est le restaurant Oceana qui ne nous convenait pas. Peut-être une question de goût. Nous avons donc mangé trois fois à l’extérieur. Sinon pour le reste rien à dire c’était top.

Great place to stay which was highlighted by the friendliness of the staff. Definitely worth a second visit. A small downside was the dining menu (dinner was included) was static. So for a 10 night stay it would have been nice to have had more variety.

A superb hotel with extremely helpful and pleasant staff. The hotel is on the seafront/marina at St. Julian'swith great facilities and is within easy reach of all historic locations. There are a choice of four restaurants. They even drive on the left! Would I go against this hotel? You bet!

Loved our stay at Hilton, it was everything what they advertised for, the breakfast was amazing, with a huge high-quality continental spread including some Indian veg options which was really unexpected :) The staff was polite and never said no for anything, we were really pampered during our stay. The high point was when they accepted our request for Indian Masala chai (Spice Tea). 5 star rating from us.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Lovely ambience and beautiful outdoor and indoor pools. The gym and sauna was also very good. Hotel is situated about 10mins walk to Paceville, where you have the bars, clubs, cinema, the beach and shopping mall. Also within easy commute by bus or taxi to anywhere in Malta - perfect location. The night life in Paceville is the best in Malta. The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to assistant.

I booked a deluxe sea view room. The room I got was beautiful, clean and newer than other rooms. The sea view was partial and there was a big building structure right that blocked half of the view. Upon speaking to the desk I was transferred to a different room which had better sea views and when in balcony you can really enjoy the sea view and beautiful sunset. The second room was an older room and too my shock the bed creaked every time I would move or turn in the bed. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. I complained to the front desk who said they will take care of it. No activity took place so I called again in afternoon, stressing I couldn’t sleep and the problem has to be fixed. After that the manager and his team did fix the issue partially by using screws and left a note in my room. The bed still made some noise when you would sit on it but at least not when you were in it and turned, so I did get sleep that night. Next day was checkout and front desk called to see if all was going week and when I contemplated late checkout the lady was more than willing to esp as a good will gesture because of the issues I had. But I didn’t need the late checkout. At checkout the lady was not very polite and said but they fixed the issue with no acknowledgement that that should not have happened. This is a 5star hotel and sleep is the main reason one books a room. The quality and customer service was not acceptable and hence this review.
