The property did not look anything like in the pictures, very unsafe environment for kids. The elevator didn’t work and there was boogers on the wall in the shower as well as dirt hair and dust on the ledges of the shower. Did take pictures and follow up with hotel staff.

Close to downtown concert venue. The price was good. Room/bed coverings smelled a little weird. I opened slider and aired the room out and I think it was a little better.

This was a nice place. It is in the downtown area so the neighborhood is what it is but the property was nice. The building is an interesting design and well maintained with clean, nice rooms. The staff was very friendly and the experience was good - would recommend!

The hotel was good but Expedia ripped off me and my sister. Reservation was supposed to be refundable up to the day before the stay but Expedia forced us to pay again to change the reservation a week before the stay.

I put noisy because it is right downtown and you could hear the traffic. But, walking distance to everything is a big plus! Debbie at the front desk is great, she helped us with all our questions and everything we wanted to know. We will stay there again!

Before you stay here please make sure you are comfortable with the homeless approaching you, and thinking you’re going to wake up to your car being stolen or trashed. Not a good location at all and if I had children I’d never stay here. In fact I would have found a different place to be at. Very weird, felt very unsafe.

Plusses? Convenient to the highway, clean overall, located downtown if you need that. Negatives? Located downtown, so don't leave anything of value in your vehicle. Parking is terrible if you drive a truck or large pickup. It is very limited in the street level lot and forget about gettijg a full size truck in the underground parking. The vertical clearance and driveway angle makes it very difficult to impossible. Rooms are ok,, but bring your own pillows. They provide four 12x12 throw pillows instead of actual pillows....never seen that before. Order more towels because they match the pillows. Overall, it works for a night's stay and our truck didn’t get stolen, so counting that as a win.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, great prices. The area is a bit questionable with plenty of homeless and sketchy people wandering around. But they keep to themselves and don't cause any issues. I'll definitely be back in for future stays.

The toilet ran all night - had to shut the water off. The bedspread was dirty and cob webs in the room. There was no tea at all and I do not drink coffee. The staff were friendly

Our room was on the main floor and you could hear everything from the parking lot and the lobby/dining area. I asked to change rooms because I felt incredibly unsafe with people able to walk past the sliding door that only had the one basic lock. There were someone else’s socks left in the closet and when my daughter attempted to hang up her soccer jersey the hook fell out of the wall. Clearly this was previously broken and shoved back into the wall to make it look unbroken. The shower had dust on the top ledge and moldy caulking and the vent in the bathroom was also covered in dust. I attempted to find a different hotel but most were booked for the night so we had no other choice but to stay. Breakfast was ok. I had to ask 3 different times for items to be restocked. And the juice options were jugs of juice that were opened and poured by the customers, not single serve. I would never stay here again. I’m not sure how they have such a good rating.
