HOW TO BOOK:

Villas Sitges Altavista is located in Sitges in the Levantina Urbanization area, a small hill overlooking Sitges with high-end villas and total tranquility.

We recommend a vehicle to raise and lower the urbanization. You can park at the bottom of the urbanization and then go to Sitges walking: Beaches, downtown Sitges, shops, etc ... all a 1 minute drive down the urbanization and 5 minutes walk.

The beaches of Sitges as the center are 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot. Car is recommended.

Carrefour Market is 2 km from the Villa. 7 minutes from the beach of San Sebastián by car. 30 minutes from Barcelona by car. The nearest restaurants and bars are 2 km from the Villa.
Finally, 850 meters from the Villa, there is the Mirador de Levantina Sitges where you can enjoy the magnificent view!

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO RATES AND PAYMENTS:

1. You can pay for Home Away with a Visa credit card with a 3% supplement as a fee for card payment.

2. You can also pay by bank transfer.

The Home Away help service can be contracted with both forms of payment.

3. Each week of hired rental ends with a mandatory cleaning, which also includes sheets and towels for swimming pool and bath. If you book two weeks, you will have to pay two cleanings, and so on.

4. The cleaning costs of this house are: € 225 / week.

5. Tourist tax: € 0.90 per adult and per day during the first 7 days of reservation.

6. In low season, there is a heating fee of € 150 / week.

7. Late check-in: from 20:00 to 00:00 (midnight) - supplement of € 45.
