Family Stay
Our family enjoyed our stay there for the Avera race for cancer. Everything about the place was great and it allowed us all to be together and enjoy our time.

One night lay over
It was a perfect place to stay on our way to the Badlands and Mt Rushmore. This house is very spacious and nicely updated and decorated. The price is right and we would highly recommend it!

Perfect for our stay!
This was the perfect spot for our family! Plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out. Plenty of sleeping space. Games to keep everyone entertained. Plenty of space for all to shower and get ready. We’ll be back for sure!

Nice place
Our family enjoyed a gathering here to celebrate Christmas. The one draw back was that it had snowed the day we came and we had to scoop the sidewalk and driveway ourselves. Sonce the road conditions were not the best, half of the family left and didn't stay overnight. It was a good place overall!

We stayed for two nights with adults and two young adults. Had everything we needed and was super clean and tidy! Just the right amount of decor to keep it homey without being cluttered and in the way! Kitchen was nicely stocked for our needs! Would definitely consider it again!

Great place for family!
Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and were extremely accommodating. The house was perfect for our extended family and included many kid-friendly needs: kids plates, silverware, high chair, and pack & play. The layout was great and easy for family to be together in multiple spots. It was a great place for our whole family, both young and old! We would book this again the next time we are in town!

Comfort Family Friendly
The layout offered comfortable shared spaces located near the kitchen and dining area which help us manage young children while preparing meals. It was perfect for our family’s stay! Property was clean and communication with host excellent. We would consider stay here if in the area again.

Hospital stay
My mom had surgery at the local hospital so it was a great location to get to and from the hospital quickly. I always book stays at places that rate well for cleanliness and this one did not disappoint!

Great location and super cute house!
We stopped in Sioux Falls on the way to a family reunion. The house was perfect for us, plenty of space to spread out and relax. We wanted to check out the falls and downtown. The location was perfect, just a quick car ride to both. We would definitely stay again if we were heading through Sioux Falls.

My sons graduation
We came to celebrate our son graduating from college. Both of our children live in the area and other family were traveling there for graduation. We rented the VRBo to have a central place. It was everything we needed. We spent all day on Saturday in the back yard just hanging out with family and friends. The inside was spacious where the 9 of us staying there were never underfoot of each other.

This property had all the amenities of being at home. We had plenty of room for everyone. Instead of going out in the evenings, we bought groceries and were able to utilize the appliance and utensil stocked kitchen to save money on eating out. Entertaining ourselves was easy as there were a couple of TVs, foosball table, chess table, tabletop electronic pac-man, board games, cards, and books. The queen beds with four pillows each provided a very comfortable night’s sleep. The owners were readily available to assist us with any needs and responsive to any questions we had. We had a most enjoyable stay!

Unfortunately, our stay in Sioux Falls was to attend our grandmother’s celebration of life. Thankfully, we had a comfortable place to stay where we could all be together. The only thing that would have improved our stay was if the hosts could have warmed up the temperatures outside! :)

Convenient location. Older home very nicely redone and set-up for VRBO
The availability of bedroom/sleeping space and 2-1/2 baths is awesome for a larger group. Large sized dining table is also nice for larger groups. Thank you for providing a highchair for the baby! I would suggest more furniture in each of the living room areas. For larger groups that want to watch a movie together or all be in one room to visit, there wasn't enough seating options. If the main floor sleeping room is going to be called a bedroom, I suggest installing a rod for guests to hang up their clothes. Hosts should consider replacing the fan in the half-bath because it is quite loud and can be heard in the main floor bedroom every time someone uses that bathroom. The kitchen is very nicely stocked for cooking... we ate all our meals at the house. The kids loved the foosball table. Thank you, Hostess Rachel, for staying in communication with us!

There was so much room in this home. We had a total of 6 adults and 1 child. And so much extra room. We had everything we need in the kitchen and we were able to park in the garage to keep out of the cold. The property owners were awesome and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend staying here.

We had come up for a long weekend as a mini vacation and had never been to South Dakota. The owners where very prompt to help with recommendations on where to ice fish, places to take our children, and checked in often. The property was very clean and had plenty of room for our group. The kids loved playing in snow out back. If we make it back to South Dakota this will be my first choice to stay!

Enjoyed our stay
Thank you for a pleasant stay. Easy to find, check in instructions were clear. 1 bedroom on main. Three upstairs. A few creaks and groans when walking around the place. It was nice having two separate seating areas. I would add couple more chairs to sit in. We enjoyed the games, beds were comfortable, would stay again!

Cute, clean house in a quiet neighborhood
The owners were great. They sent good intructions for check in and messages to make sure we were good. They house was clean. The kitchen had all the dishes and tool we needed. The large porch room was great for our teen boys. We played foosball and video games together at night. We had a great stay.
