I like the long haired Chinese speaking staff who is very friendly and helpful. The others are ok. The room is clean although not big.

We seek your kind understanding in this matter. ---Regrading your feedback about plastic bottles of mineral water, please be advised in our go-green efforts and achieving our sustainability goals as responsible lodging operators whereby there are tremendous amount of plastic or paper waste generated by this industry daily, we do not provide our guests with bottles of mineral water. However, we place a water filter and dispenser appliance in every room. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr klein. Für 2 Personen definitiv zu klein. Für 1 Person ok. Dusche und Toilette ausreichend, leider ist das Waschbecken innerhalb des Zimmers. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war die Hotellobby eine Baustelle, dadurch keine Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit außerhalb des Zimmers vorhanden.

2nd time in my stay within 4 weeks, one of the worst experience in my life and I will NEVER stay here again! I stay at Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur before for times and I not expect a Ascott property is operating as this. - Messy in check in process; general QR code for check in guest which means you need to input your PII by manual like 1980s check in - The frontdesk will request to "record down" your card number instead of hold credit at your card, now they have full control to your card - One of the worst front desk staff I have ever meet, full of racist wording and insult behaviour - The room is not being housekeeping daily but the bath towel is not supply in daily basis, you need to bring the dirty towels to frontdesk then request and wait for 1 hour in order to get the towels for shower - Worst of the room design I have even meet; no socket for charging at bedside; Master switch not working; bath room light did not turn on when keycard inserted (imagine you are rushing for toilet, you can only do it in dark). - The thermostat have no backlit, you need to use the flashlight in order to set the temperature - You have to wait for 5-10min in order to get on the elevator - If you travel by public transport, the frontdesk is located at 2F where no ramp is available; either you carry your suitcase by hand to "1F" then take the lift to 2F or get on the grab where they will stop at 2F. The hotel is not welcoming the stay that not travelling on car.

Remember you’re getting a smaller room because it’s Singapore. My room was excellent for what it was. WiFi was a bit spotty at the desk unfortunately. Room was clean, had everything I needed. Great place to end a long trip. Thank you.

The rooms are incredibly tiny, i.e. okay for one night but not more. If you are two adults with two big suitcases it will be tough. Access to the bed is typically from one side only. Great location and all, but I would not stay here again. Price value was okay, but I guess it was due to ongoing construction in the hotel lobby (they moved the check in to a tiny location on the second floor).

The hotel's official check-in time is at 3pm, but at that time they had only 1 staff dedicated to check-in guests, so the check-in took approximately 30 minutes - a terrible first impression. Very basic in-room amenities, no wardrobe (very limited hanging space), and no toothbrushes in the bathroom, so you need to remember to pick one up from reception.

I would strongly advise against selecting this property based on my personal experience. Unfortunately, I encountered an unforeseen issue and attempted to reach out to the property several days prior to my booking in hopes of arranging either a partial refund or rescheduling my stay. Despite numerous attempts through various communication channels such as chat, email, and others, I received no response whatsoever from the property. Even Expedia, my booking platform, made efforts to contact the hotel on my behalf for three consecutive days, yet they too were met with silence. It is perplexing and disappointing to encounter such a lack of responsiveness from a hotel, particularly when basic customer service expectations include acknowledging guest inquiries, even if unable to fulfill their requests.

Rooms are a little small and the bathroom is a wet-room style, but this is a cozy hotel walking distance from many only the downtown sites. The front desk workers were also very helpful.
