Nice room very low service
The hotel has good rooms and beds. The service level is very low. No room service in the hotel. Tried to get help to book a taxi with a child seat but they couldn’t help (we did it ourself online in 5 min.). No help with request before arrival. bad English skills at reception.

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. God service på alle parametre. Central beliggenhed. Værelser med egen terrasse er i top, lækkert at kunne sidde ude efter en lang dag i byen. Pool på taget super dejligt at blive kølet af.

Supper lækkert hotel tæt på det hele. Værelserne er store og rene. Metro st 50 meter fra hotellet. Vil helt klar komme igen hvis jeg skal tilbage til Singapore

Okay hotel
Room needs an update. Toilet was small, and the door takes a lot of space. A bit overpricy. But its Singapore... Wifi good. Pool was nice. Location was good. Breakfast was standard.

酒店地理位置不錯，鄰近地鐵站往來機場和各處景點也十分方便，附近也有不少食肆和便利店。房間舒適整潔，唯一不足是洗手間的置物架太小，所以使用時有點不太方便，整體上還是滿意的。

The property was amazing and a very pleasant stay. The customer service was very delightful. The staff always kept all areas in cleanliness. Everyone was always willing to help. Everything was close enough that you could walk to.

Lovely hotel with modern decor and spacious clean rooms, staff were great, fantastic location with short walk to sights, shopping and transport, only marked it down by 1 star because the bar never seemed to be open, although there are plenty of places to go nearby

The 30 Bencoolen is located near the downtown line which connects to other lines which makes touring easy. Art museum is nearby and restaurants are nearby. During my stay there did not appear to be meal service in the hotel. The highlight is a nice lap rooftop pool which is well maintained.

交通の便がとても良かったです。MRTも近く、バスも簡単に乗ることができて良かったです。早朝に着く便だったので、アーリーチェックインが出来るか確認したら快く対応してくれました。少しお値段は高かったですが… また機会がありましたら宿泊させていただきます。

ベンクーレンの駅から近く市内観光にアクセス抜群でした。ホテルの外装、内装共にシンプルかつ清潔ですし、近くにコンビニと両替所があり便利です。美味しいタピオカミルクティーが買えるお店も隣にありました。 ホテルで食事ができるともっと良いと思いますが、ホテルステイを楽しむというよりも、寝に帰るだけのお宿として活用したので十分満足できました。

Good hotel..
Great stay. Good location. Clean and comfy hotel with roof top pool. The pool looked good but we did not use it. Just accross the road from the Bencoolin MTR station so it was easy to get around Singapore from the hotel. Plenty of places to eat at close by and a handy 7/11 store next door. Would recommend the hotel.

일단 위치가 너무 훌륭합니다. 어디를 가든 지하철과 버스로 금방 갈 수 있어서 좋았고, 근처에 맛있는 음식점도 많았어요. 객실도 깨끗하고 사진으로는 좁아보였지만 실제로는 불편함없이 잘 지냈습니다. 싱가포르에 다시 온다면 다시 찾을 의향이 있는 곳이었네요.

地點、房間、服務人員都非常好！
房間寬敞舒適，連通房讓家族旅行很方便。隔音良好，唯一小小缺點就是淋浴間沒有完全乾濕分離。服務人員與房務人員很親切，會主動招呼與協助。離MRT明古連與百勝站都很近，隔壁商場有7-11與美食街。

Great location, provides all the basic amenities except bath robes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great modern hotel at a reasonable price point near midtown SG.
