This place was very unsanitary. Cigarette tobacco in the bed. Stains on mattress and sheets. Burn hole in mattress. Was supposed to be handicap accessible. But couldn't even get walker into bathroom because door hit the bed. The staff was very friendly though.

Absolute horrible experience. Mattress was torn and dirty, Holes in ceiling, rust around door hinges into room, curtain lining torn, banner across foot of bed had what appeared to be a burned spot cut out of it, non-smoking room smelled like it had been smoked in. So bad, we just packed up car and left. Total waste of money. I guess that is the bad thing about non-refundable.

Shower was hot, bed was comfortable. Couldnt get the heater in room going, was too tired to go through the hassel of going to the front desk to figure it out. Woke at 5am freezing, it wasa little button on plug in. Warmed room right up. Coffee was ugly but there were pre wrapped pasteriesand banaanas

They were doing some upgrades to the hotel so there was alot of construction going on. The room tv cable was out so no tv. The beds are worn-out.

Our room was in terrible shape. The tub faucet was dripping all night long. The bathroom sink had a massive crack like a boulder fell on it, and the walls were full of chips and cracks and clearly are in desperate need of attention. The "included breakfast" was practically NOTHING. Coffee, bananas, and little cheap wrapped muffins. There were bowls with nothing to put in the bowls. Three nights before, we stayed at a Days Inn in New Mexico that had a fabulous breakfast in a nice dining area (eggs, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, juice, etc.) We paid $40 more for our night in this Days Inn in and I expected to have another wonderful breakfast. But I guess all Days Inns are not the same! I'll have to carefully read the reviews next time, or avoid Days Inn altogether so as not to take the risk.

Staff is super nice. First arrival at room is fine. Upon returning to the room after a nearby casino visit, a strong marihuana smell is present in the room. We did not stay at the hotel, and went back home right away at late night.

I’m a smoker but don’t smoke in my house and don’t want that in a hotel room. Asked for a non smoking room, and what we got definitely wasn’t (even had a dirty ashtray in the room). Also had Taco Bell wrappers left on the window sill from who knowns when, dried up vomit/mystery fluids crusted on the walls. The sink and bathtub were both cray and moldy. I’ve stayed in some skeezy places, especially for Daytona during bike week, but this was the nastiest I’ve ever stayed in. Literally the worst. No lie, no joke. Only good thing was that the guy at the front desk was nice

The first room 223, no working refrigerator. Second room ceiling leaking, Third room 117, in-room telephone not working neither was the air conditioner/heater. Fourth room 123, the remote was not programmed with the television and the second remote needed batteries.

Room was fine but my room faced the gas station and truck rest stop that is open all night and I could hear the loud conversations as if they were in my room. First night I got no rest and the second I had to prepare to be disturbed.

Not the best Choice
Check in was easy, my pet was not listed on my reservation but it was not a problem. The room had a cigarette smell and musty smell. Bed was uncomfortable and every time you move the metal base made a horrible noise. Pool was green. Needs updated. Checkout had to wake the guy in the chair and then wasn’t offered a receipt

There was a leek above the bed with standing water on the floor at foot of bed. We requested a refund and did not stay. Ana told us we had to get refund from Expedia. Not sure how to get that done

Upsetting visit….
This was a family trip. The kids were very excited for the pool. When we arrived we were in a ‘smoking’ room and the smell of it was unpleasant. The pool was not well taken care of and closed. We actually left the hotel after checking in and went to another hotel. The front desk woman was very polite, kind and understanding.

Charge $100 for a $50 room. This hotel is dated and old and smelled musty. The internet did not work. Tried to call front desk, phone does not work. Had to go down and ask the internet be re-set. Barely got 1.5mbps. TV fridge microwave did not work. Down again! Gent came to the room, pilled out the credenza and fixed the wiring. Next morning coffee pot no work. Lipstick writing on mirror. Hole found kicked in bathroom door appears folks got tired of the faulty lock. Never again!

Terrible management
After 12hrs at the ball park we were locked out of our room for an hour. The bad part is it would have been a simple fix if housekeeping would have reported it but instead they just didn’t clean it or say anything. The manager was TERRIBLE. After this the day before we checked out I check my card and for our room mine and my husbands cards were charged and my dads card for his room was charged twice. So 4 charges for 2 rooms and the manager wouldn’t even come speak with us. I would not stay here and if I did have to I’d watch out!

Staff was nice, hotel appeared to be in stages of renovation, so understand some issues, but there was mold in the tub, dirty towels stuffed behind the mattress at the head of one of the beds, and the refrigerator was inoperable. Overall it wasn’t bad, beds were comfortable, AC worked great and we had hot water in the shower.

A lot of Problems
The key I was given didn’t open the door. When I finally got the door open, there was no bedding. The free breakfast consisted of coffee. There were no coffee cups or glasses in the room. The floor of the bath tub was slippery and there was no mat.
