Poor value for the money
Me and my wife are frequent visitor to Bali, and usual we stay at W Bali or Padma Legian, but this time we wanted to try something new. Overall conclusion: very disappointed, with very poor value for the money. Positive is the room, the bed and linen. Staff are very friendly but they lack experience and training, which created a lot misunderstandings. The Hotel is poorly designed, with restaurant in ground/basement level with no view. Pool again without view, and way to few sunbeds - we struggled to get a bed around the pool. To access to pool area you need to walk through a cafe/restaurant. Worse is the Gym. On the website it say "latest techologies" which is not true, and as an example 1 cardio bicycle for guest in total "289 rooms" (This is not good enough). Dont expect to be able to do your daily exercise. Any day I would recommend W Bali or Padma Legian, and not Indigo.

Great location with it being right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, boutiques and cafes. Facilities were fantastic too. The only downsides are that there aren't enough seating areas around the main pool and that some items are overpriced, e.g. some drinks and the breakfast buffet.

プールが静かでのんびりと過ごせた。またスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで笑顔を絶やさず、近隣のレストラン情報なども教えてくれた。 朝食はビュッフェ方式のレストランでもオーダーができるので長期宿泊でも飽きなかった。 スミニャックスクエアまでのシャトルバスがあるのを知らなかったので利用できなかったのが残念でした。

Indigo Hotel staff is excellent, all of them are very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the front desk staff who upgraded our room to a very nice villa 😍 Hotel design is very stylish with privacy and condition is very good. Location is excellent which is at the centre of the beach front of Semiyak. Will definitely recommend to my friends who come to Bali. We will definitely come back to Indigo if we come back to Bali.

Loved our stay at hotel indigo. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room we had was amazing and well kept. We had a couples massage at the Sava spa which was incredible. Our favourite spot was the secret garden pool.

Staff are exceptional here and food at Sugarsand or pool bar are both amazing. Very very nice hotel. Highly recommend Two options for breakfast either full buffet or A La carte at sugarsand a nice touch too for multiple day stays, helps change it up a bit.

Beautiful hotel, we liked the dining options, the Secret Garden pool was fabulous, right on the beach, our room was huge. The staff was extremely attentive. A pleasure to stay here

部屋は清潔、スタッフは親切で良い。 夕食はホテルのレストランを利用していたがインドネシア料理も食べられて非常に良かった。 ホテル内のプールでもリラックスできるし、ビーチが近く気軽に行ける。ゆっくりすごせる良いホテル。
