Stort hotel midt i byen
Stort hotel med mange gæster. Stort pool område, som giver en del støj (især børn) Terrassedør er ikke støjdæmpet. Stort udvalg af morgenmad. God service fra samtlige medarbejdere man møder. Alle inkl. biler der skal ind på hotellets område skal igennem sikkerhedskontrol. Det øger trygheden.

Our resort is located right in the center of Seminyak where it is extremely convenient for our guests to explore the local area. We do believe that we cater for guests looking for a great location, family friendly facilities and services, a good sense of security, value for money and of course fun. However i feel sorry to know that you could not feel the joy staying within this are. Søren, when you're traveling back to Bali, i hope you'll give us another shot. Fået stjålet tøj for 16.000 kr. på hotelværelset.
Jeg har aldrig nogensinde været udenfor magen til oplevelse. Den sidste aften inden vi skal hjem og jeg er i gang med at pakke opdager jeg, at noget af mit designer tøj mangler og her er der tale om tøj af en samlet værdi på 16.000 kr. Vi henvender os straks i reservationen og melder at tingene er væk. Hotellet siger at de vil lave en sag og vil tjekke op på dem som rengøre værelset. Morgenen efter og 3 timer inden vi skal hjem, henvender vi os igen til reservationen, som fortæller os at vi har fortalt tingene er fundet (hvilket vi aldrig har gjort). Jeg fortæller receptionisten at det ikke er fundet og at jeg skal forlade hotellet om få timer og derfor akut behøver en underskrift på at mine ting er forsvundet fra værelset, så jeg kan melde det til min forsikring. Receptionisten fortæller så at det ikke kan lade sig gøre og at jeg skal melde det på politistationen. Han oplyser at det vil tage omkring 7 timer på politistationen, hvilket jeg ikke har mulighed for at bruge, da jeg skal forlade stedet indenfor få timer. Jeg bliver enormt oprevet og siger at tingene ikke er væk af sig selv. Receptionisten begynder derefter at grine, ryste på hovedet og sige at ingen på Bali kan sælge ting videre, så de ville aldrig stjæle. Jeg finder det enormt provokerende, at han står og griner, når jeg står og er så oprevet. Vi vælger derefter at gå, da han siger der ikke er noget de kan gøre og jeg kommer derfor hjem med et tab på 16.000 kr.

I do consider the safety and security for our guests as our highest priority and is something that guest consistently giving positive feedback on. I was extremely disappointed you were let down by recent experience regarding your missing clothes. On behalf of the team, please allow me to clarify this misunderstanding. When you first reported the missing items 2 days before your check out time, Hotel team has took certain action to try finding your items. On the next day, the team was informed that you have found the items, therefore no further investigation was conducted. On the day you're about to check out when there’s missing items report again, my management team and security team quickly did an investigation again by checking CCTV, key reading, and investigating the room attendant who cleaned your room daily. However, I could not find the items and therefore based on hotel's policy, hotel’s representative could not sign your missing items claim form. Thus, i advised you to report this to police as we really wanted you to solve the problem. Whilst I am personally disappointed to know a guest of mine left feeling this way, for the comfort of other readers I would politely inform that we have done what it takes to help guests when there’s report on missing items. JOHNNY, I will be more than happy to speak with you directly to alleviate any concerns you may have. Fantastisk hotel.
Helt igennem et skønt hotel. Morgenmaden var verdensklasse, deres drinks var gode og smagte som de skulle. Hvis man ikke kan gå så langt til stranden, kan man blive kørt af hotellet. Det tager også 15 minutter at gå med til hotellets strand. Skønt hotel, kan virkelig anbefales.

Could not fault the Courtyard, very clean excellent friendly staff, great room and the pools are big. Breakfasts are great with huge selection of food.Happy 5hours are excellent around the pool.

Pros: - The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options and was worth the money. - Safety measures were commendable, with a security checkpoint every time you entered the hotel, although it seemed a bit tedious, it provided a reassuring sense of safety. - The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. - Room cleanliness was good, ensuring a comfortable stay. - Appreciated the convenience of complimentary shuttles to the beach and the short 5-minute walk to the beachfront. Issues we faced: The safe in the room stopped working at one point, but the staff promptly came to fix the issue. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic service and location. I started in an adjoining room next to a noisy family and after requesting to be moved they accommodated my request. Pools are nice and clean and the restaurant and breakfast is great. Will definetly be looking to stay with Marriott on my next trip

So good we booked another night! This place was amazing for us and really made our first trip to Bali special. Thanks to all of the staff for your warm welcome & attentiveness throughout. They really are amazing & work very hard in the heat all day and night. few mins walk to the beach with restaurants & bars - although the hotel has a small area there it is quite far down a narrow & very busy st, shuttle takes you there but only collects at certain times so we felt a bit stuck there. Only water available but they have wifi & nice loungers. waves too strong to swim Beds amazing, linen so soft, pillows comfy, rooms good size & bsthroom good with powerful rainfall shower. There are renovations so we had to take a different route around but no problem & noise wasnt a disturbance ever. The pool is the best. Temp so good we enjoyed a night swim, loved the swim up bar & beanbag in the water. Breakfast had a lot of options, breads, bagels, pastries & all hot items like sausages & omlette station. Great fresh juices too. We found donuts at breakfast strange.. Tried the food by the pool too. Really good mie goreng, been having it elsewhere & that 1 stands out. We also took the shuttle to eat street, very handy service location was great for us, & nice to be far away from the hustle and bustle & traffic. I would have thought there would be a service lift, poor staff were going up and down in our lift when there was enough space for their big carts.

Overall we're satisfied. Personal were all really nice and helpfull. We also only need about 10 min walk to the beach, but the hotel also provide a shuttle service to the hotel beach area. Breakfast buffet with a lot of option.

I’d absolutely stay at this hotel again, the service is incredible. The pools and bars are fantastic and the room service outstanding. Honestly the best buffet breakfast as well. I stayed just for a short 6 night break and barely left the hotel because everything is there! A short walk to the beach and bars which was cool too. Highly recommend.

Amazing report nothing to fault about it. Friendly staff very clean place, clean rooms. No random bugs in the room like some places. Nice breakfast layout. Prime location lots of shops clubs and restaurants on the road. 5min walk to Seminyak beach. Lovely 2 big pools and 1 for kids. Highly recommend Courtyard By Marriott.

The service was top-notch - everyone was always so friendly and helpful. The food is exceptional - every meal we had in Seminyak Kitchen was sooooo satisfying.
