Perfect Location!!
The house has a great location! We could walk up the road, cross the street and there are great restaurants and shops. Great views! Then down a very short distance is downtown where you can find anything. The info says it sleeps. There are two beds, which were super comfortable, and an air mattress instead of 3 beds. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Sedona property
Cleanliness, decor, and location of this property were all terrific. The management company was very responsive when we had trouble using the door code. They answered our call immediately and instantly resolved the problem. The home is down a hill, so even though it is in the heart of Sedona it feels secluded. There are a few other homes in this development but it was very quiet. I enjoyed my breakfast at a little outdoor table with a lovely view of the mountain. The home is spacious and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out. One note, there was a “For Sale” sign on the property while we were there; I don’t know what/if that means anything for future rentals.

Sedona Trip with Friends
We really enjoyed our time in Sedona. The house was perfect for us, it was immaculate and clean when we arrived. The property served as a great place to come back to and unwind after a busy day of hiking and checking out the sights. REBL Rentals was great to communicate with and responded to any question we had very quickly. If we ever find ourselves back in the Sedona area we will be sure to look them up again!

Calm and lovely
Relaxing quiet corner in private canyon…still so close to services but peaceful and tranquil. Great mid century home… pristine and comfy… we loved it!

BEWARE - No Customer Service
BEWARE of this company. I booked the trip through VRBO but after my down payment I was notified it was booked through REBL rentals in AZ. Due to Covid I was unable to make the trip. I contacted REBL rentals via email to inquire about any refund and was denied refund or credit for future trip. I contacted REBL rentals via phone and reached an International Call Center and spoke with their representative Arnette. Asked for refund of at minimum the pet fee and cleaning deposit. I was put on hold for 35 minutes while she checked with manager. Then I was disconnected. Called back and spoke with Arnette again and asked if I could speak with a manager or have a name. She said she could not do that but she would see if the manager would take my call. After 35 on hold, I was disconnected again. I have not received a refund. You cannot contact this company if you have an issue. Please BEWARE of them.

Excellent location and house!
This is an excellent home base for our 4 days in Sedona. Location : Quiet street and walkable to the shopping area. Service: The management team was the most professional that I have dealt with. The combination of their use of technology and just fast response time. House: Well designed and decorated. However age was showing on things like floppy door handles... etc. Appliances were top notch and we appreciated it as we like to cook our meals. Beds were comfy and showers were hot! OVERALL — YES! We will be back again.

Sedona end 2023-11 stay
Pros: (a) In a nice quiet neighbourhood, including 2 goats across the street :-); (b) house was clean, tidy & well stocked with things needed for a stay; (c) unique architecture (was told house was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1972); includes unusual tile/rock flooring in main area & nice decor throughout. (d) Good interaction with REBL rental agents Dora & Max. Cons: (a) Only VRBO house we have ever stayed where there are NO bedside table lamps; as a result, unsafe at night because need to turn room lights off with switch at wall. (b) In Main area and also between Master Bedroom and Bathroom, there is a 3 inch step down. Recognized as a potential issue because marked with yellow tape. Elderly unstable tenants should take care. (c) Backyard is large, but there are no gates at either end, so dogs must be carefully watched. Overall, a great house, with few significant issues other than the lack of bedside lamps.

Beautiful Home
This was a lovely property. Very well-equipped, beautiful furnishings, comfortable, and walkable to all. Added bonus having a couple of very friendly goats across the street. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, great neighborhood
Located in a peaceful, wooded neighborhood in the Oak Creek valley, the well-furnished beautiful house was a perfect base for our exploration of Sedona and the surrounding area. Very responsive management group immediately fixed a small problem we had with the internet connection. All in all a great stay.

Quite and cute
The place was quite and really cute. It has a nice creek thats right around the corner you can walk to just keep in mind if you do the neighbors 2 to 3 house down we come and scream and yell at you and your kids because they don't like others to enjoy it. But overall we would go back just not to the creek.
