This is a well cared for property. The cottage was clean, fresh and quiet. It is minutes (1-3) from downtown Long Beach but far enough away from the crowds of people and weekend traffic, which was great! Also, the coffee provided in the cottage is very good!

We were in cabin 1. Nice high ceiling, large well-appointed bathroom, comfortable queen bed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Away from the busy downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly office person. They even have bikes for rent - wish I had time to use one. Each quaint cottage has a designated parking space and is well stocked with toiletries. Short drive to the beach. Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at these cottages. Number 14 was cosy warm clean nice layout everything we needed. The bed was great. The shower was hot and the Seabiscuit café right beside provided excellent breakfasts each morning.

This is easily one of the loveliest stays I've ever had. The owner is so kind and friendly. The staff are also very sweet. The room and grounds were immaculately clean. Lots of thoughtful amenities such as a towel for your dog's feet. Super close to the beach. Cute rooms with comfy beds. Free parking. Check out at noon is also nice! There's no AC but if you open the window and turn on the big box fan they leave in there for you it stays cool. On top of that the cafe on site has some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had and I grew up in the south so that's saying something. Cannot recommend this place enough! We would love to stay here again!

The room was nice and private. It was very hot when we arrived because there was no ac or fan going so we had to vent it when we came and had to leave it most of the day to cool off. We also realized that the window in the living room does not provide alot of privacy which was disappointing. The curtain isn’t blackout which would of been better like in the bedroom.

I love our cottage we had number 5 and it was so cute and perfect for me my girlfriend and our dog. Management was quite amazing as well. The restuarant was by far the best biscuit and gravy i have ever had . Definetly booking with them again.

This was my second visit. The first time I had an adjoining studio to a couple who talked all night. I decided to try a cottage with no adjoining wall. That made all the difference in the world! I have no complaints, and I was thrilled with the huge bed, hand shower, and the complimentary ear plugs, which I didn't need. Please contact the manager at any time day or night if you have problems with other travelers. It's worth it to get a good night's sleep and keep the peace. LOVED my stay there.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Die Betten super bequem, das Zimmer und Badezimmer super sauber, das Personal extremst nett und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer gab es eine kleine Kaffeemaschine, to go Becher, Kaffee und Tee, sowie einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Wir hätten uns einen Wasserkocher gewünscht, da man heißes Wasser ansonsten nur an der Rezeption während deren Öffnungszeiten bekommen hat. In nur wenigen Minuten sind sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto verschiedene Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

Cool place to stay..looks like recent upgrades to cottages, sidewalks, asphalt and gravel parking..well lit..there's a covered stainless steel sink for cleaning fish/clams..small biscuit diner on property..stayed in #14 with kitchenette..perfect for our needs..went razor clamming..everything is spic and span and everyone is friendly..heard they're putting in a gazebo and picnic area..really a great place to stay! *just remember..it's cottages..so it's a little smaller..other than that..you won't be disappointed.

We stayed two nights at the Seaview Cottages with a kitchen. Didn't expect the refrigerator to be a mini, not a regular size one. It was clean, quiet. The bathroom is very small, no counter space. Friendly staff.

Absolutely love staying here. Loved cottage 15 the first time we stayed. So cute, cozy, and quiet. Will stay again and recommend to people we know. Only left off one star because this time we stayed in cabin 3 and there was some kind of mechanical noise that was going on and off all through the night and it affected our sleep. Hoping that gets fixed. Forgot to mention it to staff before we left.
