You’ll wake up every morning to the low, sweeping branches of beautiful Live Oak trees everyday at Chatham Square Hideaway. Tucked away on beautiful Chatham Square, this cozy, ground-floor apartment is the perfect getaway off the beaten path. This comfortable retreat has everything you’ll need to feel right at home, all within steps to Savannah's famous Forsyth Park, and Monterey Square.

After a long day of exploring Savannah's Historic District, curl up on the couch or one of several comfortable armchairs in the gathering room. Whether you're catching up on your favorite shows on the smart television, or playing a game of cards with your party, you'll have an ample amount of space to relax together.

Just off of the gathering space, you'll find a full bathroom with a luxurious marble walk-in shower, and large vanity - perfect for washing the day away or getting ready for a day on the town! Also off of this space, guests will find two plush twin bed perfect for traveling singles or children. The apartment also features a private bedroom, that is fitted with a king-sized bed, with plenty of closet and drawer space for you to unpack for your stay.

Brew a cup of coffee in the kitchenette at the back of the apartment, and enjoy the Savannah mornings on your own private brick patio. The outdoor space is a serene place to seize the evening away, whether you are enjoying a home-cooked meal or glass of wine with your guests.

You’re just a quick walk from many local restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions. Take a leisurely morning stroll through Forsyth Park to people watch while having coffee at the Sentient Bean, or head South to the bustling city district for a night out on the town.

Great location and right around the corner from Forsyth Park. Home was comfortable with beautiful antique furniture & art. Only negative was the refrigerator was hotel size and the freezer was unusable.

Loved being in the Historic District
Overall, we had a good stay. My granddaughter and family would come over in the evening, and we would have order-in dinners. There were plenty of places to sit, which would not have been the case in a hotel. The outside patio is great, although July is hot, and the no-see-ums and mosquitos would run us back inside. The remodeled bathroom is great and easy for the elderly. However, the king-size bed was too high for my 87-year-old husband to climb into, which is sad because that bed was pretty comfortable. The twin beds need to be replaced; they have outlived their usefulness by at least 5 years, but we purchased a foam egg carton, and that helped somewhat. The decor is nice and the whole place was fairly clean except for the rugs. The refrigerator is awful. It's way too small, and the mini freezer compartment doesn't work properly. We purchased a bag of ice every other day so we could enjoy a cold drink. The built-in microwave didn't work, but they brought a countertop model and a broom, which I requested, right away. However, there wasn't enough room on the small countertop top, so we just went without it. Hopefully, they will fix the built-in micro for the next guests. Forsyth Park is wonderful and less than a block away, so we enjoyed that and the easy trip to the Savannah River, and all the fun things to do there! We rented a car and purchased a parking pass for about $12 per day. We had a good time despite the issues with the beds and appliances and loved Savannah!

So easy
Accommodations were pretty and comfortable but best of all was shady parking just yards from the door. Metered (not expensive) yes, but most of our stay was during hours that no pay was necessary. Quiet street close to public transport but the easy parking made it convenient to just jump in our car. Small refrigerator but plenty roomy for our short stay.

Bring your own everything
Four day stay for two ladies--apt had one face cloth, two cheap rolls of TP, one sliver of soap, no dishwasher, no cloth to wash dishes, and the worst teeny bottles of shampoo--which couldn't lather to bathe with. The place is pretty and comfortable--if you bring everything else with you.

Location and check in were awesome. Lucky vacation rentals let us store our luggage with them since we got there early and offered us cold drinks to go. Definitely recommend them

Perfect Savannah Stay
My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Very scenic area and close to Forsyth Park. Walkable to City Market, River St, and many restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Savannah.

Great stay!
This is a good location for walking anywhere in the historic area. The pictures are accurate, the antique type decor perfect. The furniture is very comfortable, both leather chairs recline! The primary bedroom is spacious, bed comfy and the closet is huge. There’s lots of storage throughout. The bathroom is also large and the shower is wonderful. The kitchen is small and fridge is smaller but was enough for the two of us for 5 days. The pots & pans are good quality & in great shape & there’s pretty much everything else you would need to cook. The apt sleeps 4 but I don’t know how it would be for 2 couples as you have to go through the extra BR to get to the kitchen. The kitchen table seats 2 but the outside table is nice and large if the weather is good. The back porch is covered, another plus. We didn’t have any trouble finding a place to park on the street. I recommend the Park Savannah app. The hosts were super easy to work with, responded promptly. I would book with them again.

Great location
Great location and comfortable accommodations; we really enjoyed ourselves. Good communication with the managers and easy. Check in and check out. It would be nice if there was a dishwasher even though that is a minor inconvenience.

Perfect in all ways!
The location was close to everything. It was a great walking safe neighborhood filled with beautiful Georgian homes. The street parking was a breeze and having an outdoor space was an added bonus. Beds were comfy and the space for three guests perfect. We will return.❤️

Location was great as it is close to Old Town Savannah. The free DOT bus line is only a few minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. Beds were comfortable and the 2nd bed room has curtains to close off which was fine for our adult daughter. Only a couple of negatives was the cleanliness which could have been better. Also, the lock box which was supposed to have the key inside was empty. Leaving guests are suppose to put inside but the cleaning staff did not verify. Was not great being stuck outside in the heat waiting for someone to bring a key. It took 20 minutes but like I said, the cleaning staff does the minimum here.

It was a beautiful place.
Everything was beautifully decorated. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Shower was very nice. The only thing I would suggest is dish towels in the kitchen since there wasn’t a dishwasher .

Enjoyable Stay
The listing for the property was very accurate. The stay was very cozy and comfortable. The listing was exactly as defined and the pictures were as well. We really enjoyed the stay and the bed and amenities were all we needed for our weekend getaway.
