Brand new hotel. I understand they opened the day prior to my stay. The room is very comfortable. Perfect bedding. Perfect air conditioning. Very clean. Very large corridors. No noise. However, the first day, there was no hot water, no pressure in the shower. That was fixed the same day in the afternoon.
There is no handle in the shower door. They provide drinkable water but there is is no glass. No "do not disturb" sign. No coffee maker. No complimentary tea or coffee. No dental kit. They do not serve breakfast at this hotel. All these amenities and services, you expect to have in a hotel of that price and standing. The staff is extremely nice, from the front door personnel to the manager. They try to go out of their way to please you. They offered a simple "snacked breakfast" the second day to make up for the lack of hot water, but it took more than 30 minutes to get ready. I guess the infrastructure is not ready yet to open this hotel. They need about a week to get ready. That is why I am giving them an average grade. But they have a huge potential. And I would gladly return if the current issues are fixed. Waiting to see other people's comments in the next 2 months.
