The house is located above the village of Santa Marina, in a splendid location
From the terrace you can admire a unique landscape, you will see the dawn rise with the backdrop of Lipari, Panarea and Stromboli.
The house is equipped with all comforts and the location makes it very well ventilated.

A staircase of approximately 10 steps leads to "La Casa Rosa"
We are welcomed by a large Aeolian patio equipped with the typical Aeolian "Puleri" columns, from which you have a wonderful view of the town and the sea.

The terrace is equipped with tables, chairs and deckchairs.

The decor is simple but elegant.
Living room with sofas, table and chairs and a splendid window overlooking the sea;
Typical built-in kitchen equipped with utensils, fridge with freezer, oven and dishwasher;
Two double bedrooms; the first larger one opens onto the terrace while the other has a window onto the garden;
both bedrooms have air conditioning.
Bathroom complete with all fixtures, shower and window.

The house is located on the first floor of a large Aeolian house.
The entrance and patio are for exclusive use, there are no areas shared with other guests.

The center can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
Here you will find the marina, the beach and bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, medical service, car/scooter rental, boat rental.

The location of the house recommends preferring the port of Santa Marina Salina for disembarking.

The house can be reached via a small municipal road that rises from the town square and will allow you to reach the house in a few minutes.
The road is mostly uphill, it is about 600 meters from the port. We advise car/scooter rental.
