Great apartment in the heart of San Sebastian
The apartment is great for a group of max 3 people. Close to train and long distance/local buses. Also within a few blocks of supermarkets, great restaurants and the beach. The host is very helpful and responds within minutes. The only downside is that there’s a subway excavation happening right in front of the building, which creates noise the entire day.

Fabulous apartment in San Sebastián
We had an amazing stay at Maria’s place. It’s right in the heart of the city with easy access to the beach and old town. Maria is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area, people and customs. We could not have had a better stay. We will be back for sure. ¡Gracias María!

Perfect location for a visit to San Sebastian
We were warmly welcomed by our host Maria (who speaks fluent English) in the apartment. It is a really nice apartment with beautiful stone walls. She gave us all the info we asked for and more. The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from the old town with its many bars & restaurants. Also several places to eat and drink close to the apartment

Great location for lots of walking and sightseeing
Very friendly host Maria was wonderful at accommodating with our crazy schedule arrival by train. Apartment close to train station and easy walking distance to most of the city. Enough space to feel very comfortable Cooking facilities rarely used as great and reasonably priced restaurants near by. Also appreciated the washing machine

Very good stay
The flat was excellent. The location downtown was great. Maria did an excellent job with communication and she had a wonderful place. The only caution would be that the street is it very noisy during the night. But when you are in San Sebastian, there’s always going be some street noise. I highly recommend this location with Maria!

Super host, apartment compact but perfect for three
Maria met us at the apartment, helped with our luggage, and spent time showing us everything in the apartment and making recommendations. She even arranged an early morning van for our departure. The apartment is compact and exactly as described. It is walking distance to everything in San Sebastián including Old Town.

Lovely apartment
This apartment is really very nice and comfortable, and located within a 5-10 minute walk of everything you could want, the beach, restaurants, bars, groceries. And you can see the beautiful church down the street from the balcony. I really appreciated my week there.

L’appartement idéalement situé !
L’appartement est très agréable, situé en plein cœur de San Sebastián. Commerces, plages et vieille ville sont à proximité. Maria la propriétaire nous accueille très chaleureusement et avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Elle a tout fait pour faciliter notre arrivée et notre départ et nous a donné des bons plans. Muchas gracias Maria ! Vraiment une super expérience!

Great location, wonderful space, delightful host!
Host Maria is great, gracious, kind! Property is great. Location is great. We loved everything except the noise at night-we are used to a very quiet nighttime environment, not the noise of a city and recycling trucks so we struggled to sleep. I've recommended this property to several friends already and suggested they ask for a fan to drown out the outside noises.

Apartamento limpio y con todas las comodidades. Muy cerca de La Concha y la parte antigua de la ciudad, y en el centro, con sus tiendas y zonas peatonales. María es muy amable y muy útil para todas las necesidades. La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios, e incluso una cafetera, hervidor de agua, lavavajillas, lavadora! No estamos perdiendo nada. Buena opción para seguro de que volveremos.

Lovely apartment in San Sebastian
The apartment was very smart, with a contemporary finish within a traditional 19th century block. The apartment had everything we needed and was extremely clean and well-furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything necessary for self-caterers who might want to make use of the fantastic local produce from the local market. The apartment was in the city centre, near to the cathedral, but this part of San Sebastian doesn't have lots of late night bars, so is really quite quiet. San Sebastian is a beautiful city with lots of bars, cafes and shops, as well as three excellent beaches, just minutes from the apartment. Food is terrific. Public transport is cheap, efficient and easy to use. Trips to Bilbao can be made by coach; visits to other resorts such as Hendaye (just over the French border) can be made on the local train. Maria, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. Altogether highly recommended.
