The three-roomed flat is for 5/7 guests. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with a sofa bed ( two single beds) and a separate kitchen (with gas stove, refrigerator and italian coffee maker- microwave), 1 bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor one double room, a second bedroom with a single and bunk bed, a second bathroom with box shower, balcony. Television and own safe available.
The garden is fenced and on the terrace there is also a fireplace. Parking on the property.

° Not included - Mandatory:
-Tourist tax. It is 1.00eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. The deposit will be returned upon check-out, after the apartment inspection.

° Not included - Optional. All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:

-High chair 20eur/week
-1 private beach place: between 67 and 80eur/week (price subject to change), depending on the beach (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair, starting from the 4th row upwards)
-Final cleaning: 65eur > you can clean yourself or pay the extra at the agency

-2 pets allowed on request (maximum 2 medium-sized dogs). 60eur pet/stay.
