Rigtig dejligt sted. Udsigten fra værelset tages lidt til siderne af store sidevæg-flader. Meget lækker morgenmad og skønne værelser. Fantstisk badeværelse. Musikken på opholdsteder ikke for dominerende.

We loved the design of the hotel and rooms and the service was impeccable. It was clean, gym was great and the breakfast had so many options. We could not have asked for a better stay. Unfortunately the weather was not with us, but I’m sure we would have enjoyed the pool and beach area. Thanks a lot to Zain and Thor for doing the extra effort. From David and Mia

High-end hotel though needs some improvements
Lovely hotel and location. Clearly a high-end hotel. Staff on the beaches are excellent as are the restaurant staff. However the check-in staff have issues and need some training in customer service. Our check-in process was slow. We had to wait a long time even after being told our room was ready. No refreshments were offered while we had to wait. And our Gold expedia status was not recognised despite it being on the booking. On check out we were charged by mistake for room service. It again took the check-out staff a long time to sort it out without even offering an apology for the mistake made by the hotel, instead making out it was our fault for noticing the error.

We had the best time. We travelled with our two kids and the kids club was so clean and modern. The staff were so friendly and the property was stunning and well located. The breakfast service was so well organised and the selection was wide. There were plently of spaces on the beach and we managed to spot a wild dolphin.

Poor start but ended ok.
First, they didn’t even know about the platinum membership perks even tho they are a VIP hotel. We didn’t get a room upgrade which is ok but the room we did have had some issue. First the duvet had stains so we asked if they could change it. They did change it but left the first blanket in the room. The coffee mugs were also first so we needed them changed. Finally the tv wasn’t working so we needed someone to come and get it working. The manager did accommodate us for a free brunch which definitely helped improve our stay and overall the staff was nice. Just hate to see those kinds of issues for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is really nice and it has one of the best beaches in the UAE. It is really clean and people are friendly and nice. Check in was bad. We were given a wrong room. We had to go back to reception and they had to check, which wasted quite some time. Also our room was not upgraded but they gave us complementary breakfast to make up for the room mixup

Loved the property. Loved the staff service and attention to detail. The restaurants were great. Someone in our group was in a wheelchair and we had kids. The hotel facilities was accomodative for both and the staff were trained well trained. I woukd definitely stay there again. Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.

The room was not properly described. It was not ocean view and was ground floor garden view. Very disappointed to pay too dollars for this ground floor room.
