Blue Ridge Lodge is located just 1 mile outside of downtown in Rutherfordton, NC (voted North Carolina’s Small Town of the Year by N.C. Rural Center). This beautiful home is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental with granite counters, multiple fireplaces, a fire pit, a home theater, a hot tub, and a private pool! The pool will be available from April to October for guest use. It's built for large groups with its oversized porches and patios, and there's more....this immaculate home includes a home theater with a recreational room complete with a Pool Table and family-friendly games. Stay at one of Rutherfordton's finest homes and enjoy the privacy you've longed for...A Must See!!! Pets Allowed! NO CATS.

History, hiking, shopping, and dining, you can enjoy all of this and more in downtown Rutherfordton. Explore our historic walking tour of Main Street, including the Bechtler House, home of Christopher Bechtler, the headquarters of N.C. Gold Trail, and the largest remaining cluster of antebellum homes in the southeast region. Close to shopping, trails, diverse food, and drink. Tour the world with dining choices such as Thai, Mexican, Greek, American, and Italian, all within walking distance of each other. No matter what you love to do on vacation, you will find it all in Rutherfordton.

House Layout:
Master suite (North Carolina Room) on 1st Floor: Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 (Blue Ridge Parkway Room) on 2nd Floor: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (Smoky Mountains Room) on 2nd Floor: Full Bed
Bedroom 4 (Appalachian Trail Room) on 2nd Floor: Twin/Full Combo Bunk Bed
Additional Sleeping: Pack ‘n Play (in Appalachian Trail Room) and Queen Air Mattress (inside the closet of the Blue Ridge Parkway Room)

Outdoor:
We have a front porch with seating, a swinging bench, a large covered patio w/ hot tub, pool, a fire pit, and a 1/2 court basketball court to enjoy!

Indoor:
We have four Smart TVs, an Xbox Video Game console, a fun recreational room with a pool table, a dartboard, a Ms. Pac-Man stand-up arcade & plenty of board games. In the library, you will find books to enjoy as well.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with everything you need to whip up your next meal! Complete with an island, Keurig coffee maker, coffee press, electric tea kettle, cooking basics, dishware, and much more!

Security:
The property has 2 exterior security cameras (facing out) on the front and back porches.

Parking:
Driveway (10 vehicles), carport (1 vehicle), and RV/trailer parking are allowed on-site.

All guests staying with iTrip Vacations Charlotte will be provided the following:
* A starter kit consisting of paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper, etc., to last for 1 or 2 days. You may purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Markets if you run out of starter supplies.
* Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion.

* Xplorie Free Fun Tickets​: We have hand-picked a variety of offers from top attractions in the area and give you (1) one of each, for Free, every day of your stay. You can use all or none of these activities daily, which is completely up to you. Some attractions sell out, so book at your earliest convenience. Note: We do not provide tickets for every member of your group every day. Only (1) Free Ticket per day. Feel free to reach out to us for more information.
* This is a DOG-FRIENDLY HOME. $100 + tax nonrefundable. Good for up to 2 dogs.( If you have 3, it is more) If you bring your dog(s), this will be added to your rental. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can accommodate your request. NO CATS.
* Please let us know how many will be in your group when you first book so we can comfortably accommodate you.
* Cleanliness is important. Your retreat is professionally cleaned. Anti-disinfectants will be used before and after every booking to ensure the highest level of sanitation.
*Hot tub and Pool - We do not provide ongoing cleaning services for extended-stay guests.
* Late check-outs are available upon request and availability. Additional charges will be applied automatically if you are found on the property after check-out.
*Wanting to stay Monday - Thursday? Ask us about our special weekday rates! Why stay at work or home when you can stay with us?
*If you are booking on a booking site, they may put our Admin Fee, Limited Damage Waiver Fee, and Cleaning/Linen Fee together and call it the Cleaning Fee. That is why the cleaning fee appears to be high. Thank you, and feel free to contact us. We are a local management firm and are available before, during, and after your stay.
* Monthly rates are available as well. Please ask us about our monthly pricing.
*Some booking sites will require a security deposit refundable upon checkout with no damage reported.
*Important: We are committed to protecting our properties, so we have partnered with SUPERHOG's Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you must verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. Primary renter must be 25 or older and must be present for the entire stay. Please be advised. Name on Credit Card MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION or risk being canceled automatically. The billing address MUST MATCH ID.

NOTE: Your Check-in instructions from iTrip Charlotte (management company) will be emailed out to you 24 - 48 before your arrival date. Please check your SPAM folder if you have not received them. These will be sent out to the email address you used when you first booked.
