As soon as you enter the house you will feel at home thanks to its modern decoration and its family layout, as it has a living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher and all the kitchen utensils you need to enjoy the best dishes; main room with a very comfortable double bed; another room with a trundle bed; bathroom with shower and hairdryer; a large terrace equipped with a dining area.

Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the linen for the sofa bed when you arrive. In the house you will also find an iron for clothes.

🆔📄Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (according to Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. If key collection takes place after 10:00 p.m. check the conditions with the host before your arrival.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €250 will be requested to be paid by credit card.
