Hotellet var fantastisk dejligt skønt swimmingpool område bar og småretter ved poolen, meget venlige og hjælpsomme medarbejdere, receptionen fantastisk Poolhåndklæder lidt slidte, men rene, sengene ved poolen var lidt hårde at ligge på. dejligt spaområde m massage, alt i alt en god oplevelse

God valuta for pengene
Hotellet er fint, har en dejlig pool og en skøn morgenmadsbuffet. Desværre ligger det lidt langt fra selve byen, men der er både indkøbs og spisemuligheder i gåafstand. eneste irretationsmoment er at de bruger sådan nogle tis-lagner, så hver gang man vender sig i løbet af natten skøjter man bare rundt, knap så fedt, men mindre detalje.

Lækker pool
Hotellet er nemt at finde. Dejligt pool område og pænt værelse. Eneste reelle minus var maden i restauranten som ikke var særlig godt.

Morgen mad som kostede 9 euro pr person pr dag var så ringe der var kun toastbrød og pålæg vi prøvede en aften at spise på hotellet det var ikke godt. Vi fik ikke det vi bestilte samt prisen for 7 personer var 126 euro maden kan ikke anbefales på hotellet men der var flot og pænt rent.

Det er et fint hotel med gode forhold. Det ligger dog et lidt stille område uden de mange restauranter mm. Det er bedst hvis man også har bil til rådighed.

Super hotel til besøg eller golf på Costa Blanca
Hotellet ligger nær Torrevieja og er dermed egnet til besøg hos venner i området. Der er gode golfmuligheder, ligesom det er muligt at besøge fx Alicante og Cartagena. Fin betjening, gode værelser til prisen, og dejligt pool- og wellnessområde.

Very disappointing stay
As we arrived there was not hot water for a shower. The next morning before an important meeting, still no hot water. The AC worked poorly, the beds slid appart and the pillows were old, worn, clumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also very disappointing and the bar were missing key ingredients to make drinks. The pool was cold, non heated and it was full of leaves and contamination.

Restaurant food and drinks were over priced including the breakfasts. My partner had chops all bone and no meat vegetables were not cooked and very limited. Salmon over cooked to dry no sauce. Cheesecake tasted like cake no sauce very dry. Service appalling had to wait 5 minutes before we were shown a table. No 'good evening or how are you today' bad manners all round. Made it clear that only local residents were welcome and not foreigners. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Would like a refund as had to go and eat somewhere else as we were still hungry.

They denied that I had prepaid for Spa for at least 15 minutes, until they suddenly said: oh..I see that you have paid. And the worst case was that you have to wear a Swim cap in the Spa! Been to many spa around the world and NEVER had to. Bad breakfast.

The hotel on the whole was very good ..not much choice on breakfast and same every day .. Spa was being refurbished so couldn't use that
