I recently stayed at the Windsor Excelsor and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel’s location in Copacabana is undoubtedly great, but the service left much to be desired.
Upon checking in, I encountered a frustrating situation as a staff member started attending to me but abruptly moved on to someone else, leaving me waiting for an extended period to complete the check-in process. This initial interaction set a disappointing tone for my stay.
To make matters worse, the night staff exhibited a dismissive attitude towards me, making me feel unwelcome. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff members, particularly during the night shift, was a significant drawback to my overall experience.
Regrettably, based on the subpar service I received during my stay, I cannot see myself choosing to spend my money at this establishment again. I hope that the management addresses these issues to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.
