Syntes det var ærgeligt at man får et værelse som er 15-20 år gammelt. Nøgle af mine venner havde det samme værelse men bare 15 år nyere. Bruseren var bare et hul hvor andre værelser havde et rainfall shower

Unfortunately the rooms are assigned to the reservations by their details in which sometimes the room type might be chosen different than others. Sorry to hear that for further to not have these misundersandings please choose reserving junior suite room, it would be renovated room with the riverside view of the city.

Excellent value
Great option near the city centre in Riga. Staff members very friendly and helpful. Breakfast really excellent. It’s true that this is an older property, but this is reflected in the price, and everything is very clean.

A bit worn - but in general fine
The hotel was a bit worn. The hotel as such was fine - but having stayed at Radisson in Tallinn and Vilnius, you could see the difference.

Pictures doesn't reflect state of the rooms
Most worn down hotel I have ever been in. Pictures does not at all reflect the state of the two rooms I was in. Im staying in hotels 200+ nights a year. Absolutely last time I stayed here. The hotel should not be part of the Radisson chain.

Fint familiehotel.
Kort ophold på hotellet med to overnatninger. Fint hotel. Hotellet har helt klart et par årtier på bagen, men er velholdt. Indretningen og indholdet er gammelt, men fungerer. Vi skulle have to ekstra opredninger til vores to børn. Den første var gratis, men den anden ville koste 35€ pr nat for en meget dårlig drømmeseng! Det var vi ikke blevet oplyst om forinden, så vi valgte at sove sammen i King Size sengen med et barn.

Fantastisk fitness og pool område, for et hotel.
Radisson Blu Daugava, har bare den bedste morgenmad i Riga, ikke at du må forvente en gourmet oplevelse, men for Letland er den bare i top. Deres fitness faciliteter, og pool er også det bedste jeg har oplevet i Riga, og hvis dette er vigtigt for dig, så ville jeg helt klart vælge Radisson Daugava. Værelserne er måske lidt old style, men absolut Ok, måske badeværelset kunne trænge til en lille upgrade, så du ikke skal skal stå i badekarret og tage brusebad. Hotellet ligger også på den "forkerte" side af floden og dermed ikke i den gamle bydel, men du kan gå over broen, og efter 7-800 meter er du overe i den gamle bydel med et stor udvalg af restauranter, og anden aftenliv

Dejligt hotel
Fint hotel, havde bestilt et ryger værelse og det fik vi. Flinke i receptionen og dejlig morgenmad. Hotellet ligger på den anden side, af byen og man skal krydse broen, det tager et lille kvarter at gå, men bussen og sporvognen holder næsten uden foran døre, det er muligt at købe en flerdags billet i kiosken som hedder Narvesen .Linie 222 og 22 kører fra lufthaven og holder næsten udenfor døren. Man skal stå af ved stoppestedet ved biblioteket. Vi havde et dejligt ophold og nød den lille park som ligger i byen

Even though the room was a "Business Room", the Wi-Fi was more or less not-existing... On top of that, my my dinner was delivered as room service without knife/fork/napkin, which I think should be pretty basic... As Riga offers a whole bucket of hotels at a far cheaper rate with all basic accomodations being 100% functional, I'll never book this hotel again.

Radisson Blu Daugava Hotel Riga
Hotellet er som sådan ganske fint, men ligger bare det forkerte sted. Da man skal krydse en stor og meget befærdet bro, hvor man indånder al osen fra div. gamle lastbiler mm. Selv om det alså ligger ganske tæt på den gamle bydel, skal man alså krydse denne bro som kan været meget irriterende og ubehaligt Morgenmaden er super, og det samme er servicen, intet at udsætte her! Fint Hotel, det skulle bare ligge den den anden side af floden, ved selve byen!

Overall a god stay but... There is allways a but.
Pro: Nice stay, friendly staff, clean rooms, great location. Con: Hotel needs refurbishing, wierd room layout where the toilet sink was in the bedroom, very, very, very slow internet (read: unusable), 1 ply toilet paper (ouch)

Skuffende oplevelse, men dog med positive aspekter
Hotellet fremstår udemærket udefra, men når man først kommer tættere på kan man godt se slitagen. Værelset var ok, behagelig seng, stort badeværelse men ret skuffende at ting som badekåbe og pengeskab ikke var på vores værelse. Desværre må jeg indrømme at kvaliteten af de ting som var på værelset var lav, lamperne hang skævt, tvet var skruet skævt ned i kommoden så kommoden skulle stå lidt skævt hvilket absolut ikke var en dejlig oplevelse. Det sidste betænkelige var den måde hotellet er indrettet på. Der er en masse små butikker inde i hotellet, som sælger en masse forskelligt skrammel (billige ure, souvenirer samt andre butikker. Det hele minder om et snusket indkøbscenter, og giver ikke følelsen af at man bor på et godt hotel. Af de mere positive ting, skal absolut nævnes en lille men lækker swimmingpool, sauna, samt en rigtig dejlig bar/lounge i forbindelse med restauranten der serverede en meget lækker og gratis morgenmad. Udsigten fra hotellet (vælg den rigtige side, ellers kommer du/i til at kigge på en meget gammel soviet boligblok) er fantastisk. Men, at gå fra hotellet er ikke helt optimal, og man skal være opmærksom på hvordan man kommer dertil. Alt i alt kommer vi ikke tilbage dertil, og vælger i stedet et andet hotel som er mere centreret og giver mere for pengene.

I am truly thrilled to hear that you've enjoyed your room, our wellness facilities, a bar, the quality of food served to you and a stunning view to the old town. However, I am sorry to hear about the dissatisfaction with your guest room amenities. I can't agree more, that my dearest hotel needs a bit of a facelift. I can assure you that a lot of things have already been renovated, both front and back of the house. At given point of time we are preparing an extensive, long-term renovation plan for our property to conform to internationally acknowledged Radisson Blu property standards. I would also thank you for your kind comment about hotel structure and composition of shopping facilities. We have never received similar sentiment before, and we will definitely take it onboard to make the area even more appealing to the taste of our wonderful guests. Also, I would like to note that we are offering our guests a free, return taxi transfer to the Old Town to eliminate the inconvenience related to crossing the bridge afoot. I apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you and I appreciate all of your feedback.
