I asked to file a complaint with Manger Raquel regarding room 224 I was assigned to that was next to the elevator with TONS OF NOISE AND TRAFFIC banging on my door … she said call EXPEDIA you didn’t book with us … very plain too bad nothing I can do attitude. I paid for a STAY to sleep and have peace and QUITE and was NOT the case ! They should make you aware if the assign you with ROOM 224 that there will be NOISE OF PEOPLE using the elevator! Nobody books rooms to have to no be able to sleep QUIETLY!

The front desk staff was rude, wouldn’t provide IHG member and Owner-as I am!!! Refused to upgrade, refused to provide welcome water/snacks as we are usually treated!! I need to speak to manager about this!!

We always stay here, and walk to river walk for dinner, and or refreshments nearby. We don’t stay more than a day usually, just passing through Palm Springs, and this is the perfect location

How to stay one extra night in Palm Springs. Unfortunately for us, the only place available was this place. From the moment you walk in no one greets you. if you ask a question, they have an attitude. The rug smelled. It was dirty in our suite. The fan was so loud in the bathroom it was unbearable. The sofa was dingy small and uncomfortable as was the bed. I cannot believe we had to pay $470 for this awful suite. Palm Springs is such a lovely, clean and welcoming place, we love it because everyone is so friendly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. You will not enjoy your stay.

It's tucked away in a quiet little spot with shopping and restaurants around it that are walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was kept up and cleaned the whole time we were there eating. The room was clean and smelled clean, they wven did a quick check before letting us check in.
