Vi havde 3 overnatninger. Vi synes, at vi boede det bedste sted på Isle of Skye. Der er kort vej til The Quiraing, som anbefales at besøge tidligt for at undgå for mange mennesker. Rigtig god morgenmad på hotellet. Eneste lille minus er, at det er meget lydt, men når der kun er to værelser, tager man mere hensyn til hinanden. Udsigten var det bedste!!!

This property is right on water so there is beautiful view, comfortable beds, and breakfast is awesome at the Uig Hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful and shared information about fun local places to visit.

The Old Pier Cottage is beautifully located right on the water. Stunning views from your windows. Breakfast included at the Uig hotel was delicious. We ate our dinners here as well. Our room was very clean and comfortable. A perfect place to stay for a few days in Skye.

Old Pier Cottage with Billy and Anne was the perfect stay! A warm and welcoming space located in the heart of Uig. A beautiful 5 star location. Views were incredible at all times. Accommodations far exceeded expectations! Great stay at an even better price. Can't recommend Old Pier Cottage enough. And the Uig area!! We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

We sat in the garden watching a flock of 40 dolphins hunt from the B&B garden in the sunset. So lovely! We also saw seals in the bay. We had a lovely stay in every way.

Beautiful area, friendly owner , totally enchanting. Uig is just a few minutes from the Fairy Glen- don'tmiss it! If you enjoy exploring there are waterfalls and lovely woods.

A lovely place to relax on Skye
Lovely 3 days at Old Pier Cottage. It was great to be down by the water's edge and so quiet. Our accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A fridge was a bonus for keeping drinks cool.The meals in the Uig Hotel were very good and we dined there each evening as well. The pleasant walk to it is half a mile uphill, so you'll need a car if it is very wet.

Delightful location - very comfortable room - delicious breakfast in the nearby hotel. Altogether a lovely place to stay. Ideal for boarding the ferry to Tarbert.

Lovely little B&B
The couple who run it also run the UIG Hotel too, which is where you have the breakfast. The lady was lovely and very helpful! We ate at the hotel the evening too and the food was great. Views from the room are beautiful, overlooking the water. Lovely and quiet, and very convenient if you are getting the ferry from Uig. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely location. Breakfast is included but it is up at the hotel about a half-mile away. Excellent breakfast. Downside is that the B&B is a bit expensive but maybe that is Skye as a whole, but it was more than we paid at any other place at which we stayed.

Fantastic!
The Old Pier Cottage is lovely! The views from the room are fantastic and plenty of walking can be done nearby. Billy, the host, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was up at the hotel but was well worth it. Really couldn't fault this place at all. Great for watching the sunset! We will be back

Old Pier Cottage was our favorite stop in our trip through Scotland. The view from the cottage is absolutely beautiful and you are so close to all of the best hikes in the Isle of Sky. We also were able to go to the Uig Hotel for free breakfast (the owner of the cottage also owns the Uig Hotel) and went there for dinner which was the best dining experience in the Isle of Sky. Lastly and most importantly, our host is such a kind, personable, and hospitable person who made the experience very unique (added bonus of seeing his two beautiful dogs roam around the property with him and you can say hi to them if you're a dog person).

The room was clean and comfortable. The views from the room are fabulous. Our only regret was that the ferry to the Hebrides was cancelled and the cottage was fully booked, otherwise we would have stayed on.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Old Pier Cottage. The staff up at the hotel was wonderful, the meals were delicious. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and clean. We wish we could have spent our whole week vacation there, but our adventures took us elsewhere. Would highly recommend!

The property was clean, warm with adequate facilities.The sounds travelled through the walls readily.The breakfasts and staff were amazing but it was at least a 10 minute walk uphill in the morning or a not very eco friendly drive!

What an amazing find ! Billy, the owner, got in touch to offer dinner reservations as the choice is limited in Uig and then called us during the night to let us know there was an Aurora display outside. As for the accommodation, it’s a very high standard and also includes a communal sitting room, which after a week of hotel room jumping, is a welcome addition, no more sitting on the bed to watch tv ! Loved it !

Amazing views from the Old Pier Cottage towards the harbour at Uig. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is at the Uig Hotel, a short drive away. We also had two dinners up at the hotel, great food and attentive and friendly service. We will definitely be back.
