Great location! We parked and walked everywhere the whole weekend, which was nice. We really enjoyed our room, and loved that Hey Love was just downstairs. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend to others.

From check in to check out we knew we had chosen a special property. This isn't like all other hotels, its a special experience. the lobby bar is amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and quiet. the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be choosing Jupter NEXT for any future portland visits!

When doors to other rooms slam shut, it is very audible from your own. Disruptive at night, especially when trying to sleep.

Sounds like we did not meet your expectations. Our records show that you never showed up to your reservation and you were charged the late cancellation/No show fee of one nights room and tax. If this was in error. Please contact hotel management so we can resolve your issue.

Hip, Fun Stay in Excellent Location
Great hotel. Staff was amazing and very accommodating, room was clean, newer and modern. Very fun, hip vibe. Restaurant downstairs was great and the lounge offered coffee and tea all day, with nice seating areas. Good location to easily access all the best spots in Portland. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was that the mattress wasn’t as firm as I would’ve liked, but that’s pretty minor when everything else was absolute perfection.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay outside of the noise issue. We do indeed have quiet hours starting at 11:00 PM, if there are any noise issues they would need to be reported to the front desk when they are occurring in order for us to investigate and work to solve the issue. Unfortunately, if we are not notified, it is hard for us to know something is amiss. We hope this issue will not deter you in recommending our property in the future, as we pride ourselves on solving uncomfortable situations like this as they arise. We do appreciate you making us aware of the situation now, and hope you feel you can always communicate with us as situations come up.If there is anything else that we can assist with please don't hesitate to reach out, and we hope that you're having a wonderful day.

We loved the view from our room! The staff were helpful and kind. There was no coffee available in the room. My understanding is that coffee machines are a nuisance as they break and need to be replaced. So as this inconvenience to the hotel is passed to the customer I suggest that you bring a thermos for the complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are so cute and modern, very clean. The Restaurant Hey Love is the absolute best- would go here even if I wasn’t staying at the hotel for the fun vibe, excellent food and delicious drinks. A great stay all around!
