Flott opphold på 5 stjerners hotell
Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold - flotte basseng og god service fra 10-18 september. Flott med all inclusive, fint rom og fin terrasse. Og fantastiske show på kveldene- musical-showet og Disney-showet toppet det hele. Dette ble den avslappende ferien vi hadde drømt om.

Vi var där 5 nätter och är väldigt nöjda generellt med hela vistelsen. Vi blev uppgraderade av hotellet till junior suite så vi blev glad överraskad!. Vi tyckte det var god mat med väldigt mycket goda efterrätter speciellt om man gillar med chokladsmak! Deras drinkar också var mycket goda och dem snålade inte på ” spriten”, man fick starkare om man ville ha det också! Vi hade tur med väder och hade mycket sol dagtid. Oktober är ju riskabelt annars vädermässigt. Vi kan absolut tänka oss åka tillbaka men då kanske maj el september då vi gillar lite mer värme!

Très bel hôtel, 2/3 animateurs français, les chambres sont spacieuses et très jolies, nettoyages tous les matins, les petits bémols sont qu’à partir de 18h les piscines ferment, pas trop d’animations pour adultes, pour les enfants en revanche ça reste très animé. La plage est en bas de l’hôtel, des activités nautiques super ! Nick et Sven sont très attentionnés. Vous pouvez prendre des excursions directement auprès de l’hôtel : Excursion en bateau et sortie à Afytos pour nous et c’était bien encadré (que de l’anglais) et vraiment super agréable. Vous pouvez manger au restaurant principal de l’hôtel tous les soirs et les matins. Le midi vous allez dans les 2 autres restaurants, le soir vous pouvez réserver dans les 2 restaurants (1 seule fois pour chaque) ou manger au restaurant principal sans réserver. Les piscines sont nombreuses, propres et pas surpeuplées, vous pouvez commander depuis votre transat un petit cocktail. Hôtel vraiment reposant et très beau. San hésiter j’y retournerais.

we were robbed on the last day. Someone stole our things from the terrace. We reported to the reception, but they did nothing about it. This was our second stay at the hotel, but I no longer feel safe and we will not be coming to the hotel again.

Bad drinks!
Maten var ok, men var kald mat som ble servert. Mye variert mat, men lite smak. Drikkene som ble servert på hotellet, alt fra alkohol, brus til juice var veldig vannet ut. Det var så vidt kullsyre i brusen. Dårlig kvalitet på mat og drikke. De gode drikkene måtte man betale for sånn som milkshake, Jack and Coke og slike ting. Det var kun gitte tidspunktet som man kunne spise ellers var ting stengt. Frokosten stengte 30 min før tiden som er klokken 11:00! Dette er langt ifra 5 stjerners med tanke på mat og drikke. Fasilitetene var veldig bra og service var veldig bra. Nok av basseng for barn og stranda er rett bak hotellet.

Regarding the food temperature, kindly be advised that the buffet keeps the food warm with a bain-marie or with heat lamps in order to heat the food gently, but not to keep on cooking it after it has been delivered. Also, the food is replenished regularly in order to serve it warm. The temperatures are as per the HACCP regulations. Regarding the alcoholic beverages, we would like to bring to your attention that all ingredients in the cocktails and long drinks are used as per standard recipes and the spirits are in their original bottles fitted with a measured liquor pourer so watering down is not possible. The only watering down is due to the ice cubes melting. If any extra alcohol dose is needed it can be requested at the bar. Wonderful stay in Halkidiki!
The room was large, clean and modern. When it comes to pools, they’re everywhere! All the staff were super nice and the overall service experience was excellent, especially the food at the Taverna. Cocktails are available all day long, as well as sweets and snacks next to the pool. We also enjoyed a Disney songs show at the evening, and later on another live show with a local singer at the lobby. The only minus we found was with the beach, which was a bit disappointing (a lot of leaves all around), but it wasn’t the season anyway, and other beautiful beaches are not far.

Были в этом отеле 7 дней в июле. Так понравилось, что полетели еще на 2 недели в конце августа. В первую поездку нам улучшили номер до двухкомнатной люкс, это было потрясающе. Во вторую поездку нам предложили улучшение номера с видом на море. Все было потрясающе: вкусная еда, великолепное обслуживание, отличные вечерние шоу, большая территория, отличный пляж и прекрасные прогулки вдоль побережья. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель!

One of our favorite hotels. Modern design rooms, very clean and stylish, bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. A lot of swimming pools (very clean ) Beach is exactly at front of the hotel. Delicious food. Nice and friendly staff. We will definitely spend our vacation every year at this hotel. This was our second time! Congratulations to all managers and staff in service.

Il paradiso terrestre per famiglie. C'era tutto a qualsiasi ora. E' stato tutto gradevole, dalla stanza con giardino sempre pulita, alle piscine, servizio bar e ristoro eccellenti. Il personale disponibile e cortese. Il mare pulito come in tutta la Grecia, un pò ventoso forse. Отличный отель, понравилось абсолютно все! Номера новые, чистые, уборка отличная, еда прекрасная, разнообразная, есть детский стол, все виды фруктов. Три ресторана на территории: главный, традиционная таверна и гриль. Еда везде изумительная. Несколько баров с отличными напитками, несколько бассейнов, в том числе и детский. Каждый вечер детское шоу и концерт. Также есть беби клуб. Море чистое, шизлонги всегда в достатке. Особенно понравилось, что рядом нет отелей и мало людей на пляже. Рекомендуем!

I don't know from where to start, I just arrived home from a week at this hotel with my family. I can say this hotel is perfect for families with kid age 6 and under. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Yet, lacks the lively ambiance of a summer resort and has nothing to entertain teens. Moreover, the food is average, we had dinner out 3 times, the drinks are very light and not all included in the all inclusive package. The hotel rules are very rigid, we requested a late check-out which was not possible but we were offered to use all the ameneties until our departure. However, we had to pay a deposit for the pool tawels refundable by end of visit. The front of house lady is very rude and unprofessional. One day, we complaint about the air-conditioning as it was not working, we were told that this is due to the power and that generators cannot handle. On another note, the location of the hotel is not very convenient and the overall experience was a 3*.

We regret to hear that you were not satisfied with some aspects of the hotel and that the hotel didn’t meet your expectations. Please be advised that our personnel is very dedicated to offer the best service and we apologize, if you felt that this was not up to standards at some point. Unfortunately there was a general power outage in all the Halkidiki area during your stay and due to this there was some issues with the air-condition , when the hotel had the power only from the own generator. In regards to the late check out, please let us clarify that this is always upon availability and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked for the date of your departure and we were not able to offer this to you. We are glad to read that you appreciated the cleansing and the comfort of the room. Once again we thank you again for your review and hope to welcome you back in one of our hotels. Yours sincerely

I gone this hotel with my wife and our son. All of us very happy to live here. For the next holiday we will go again. My advise for the room choice is 2nd floors are better i think because with garden rooms are problem if your wife and son afraid little bugs :) Also taverna restaurant and grill restaurant accept with reservation. When you make your check in also mak your reservations for these restaurants for dinner

nádherný rezort
Resort je dobře situovaný, jsou zde spíše menší budovy rozeseté po celém äreálu. Je zde dostatek bazénů a barů a pláž je sice přes cestu, ale se servisem a není přeplněná dalšími turisty. Nápoje a jídlo v rámci all-inclusive byly nadstandartní. Personál byl velice ochotný a někdy jsme měli uklizené talíře ze stolu ještě dříve, než jsme stihli dojíst. Chybělo nám jen více řeckého jídla - večeře byly spíš zaměřené na jiné kuchyně. Ale sortiment byl pestrý a vždy bylo co dobrého vybrat, včetně velkého výběru salátů a sladkostí. Vše bylo čerstvé, jen někdy se pokrmy nedoplňovaly a tak v pozdějších hodinách už nebylo jídlo např. s krevetami. Přestože v popisu hotelu bylo uvedené, že hotel nabízí transfer z letiště, i přes mou snahu a několik vzájemných emailů s recepcí mi bylo nakonec doporučeno, že si máme na letišti radši vzít taxi - špinavé značně opotřebované auto bez klimatizace. Na zpáteční cestě jsme si již přímo v hotelu zamluvili taxi a služba byla za méně peněz a auto bylo daleko v lepším stavu. Room service, včetně housekeeping byly skvělé a čistota v celém areálu byla opravdu na velmi dobré úrovni.

Thank you for having taken the time to provide us with your valuable feedback relating to your stay with us. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and your feedback is an invaluable part of this process. The food is served in small portions in order for it to be kept warm by the ben maries and be replenished constantly. For the taxi reservation there is a procedure that must be followed. Not only should a guest provide us with his flight details but also with his confirmation. Without his written consent, we cannot proceed any further. Once again we thank you for your comments and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back to Blue Lagoon Princess..
