Un hotel “pequeño” en comparación a otros en Riviera pero lo tiene todo! Me encantó justo el hecho de que fuera acogedor y preocupado por temas de conservación de la naturaleza en sus espacios. Todo el personal amable, buena comida, buenas bebidas, en general mi experiencia fue muy agradable. 10/10

For the most part the stay was nice. Rooms were nice but the beds were hard. Staff was nice but I will say pool bar employees cater to Mexicans first regardless who approached the bar first. Food was good, buffet restaurant was nice, drink service in buffet restaurant could be better. Wifi in lobby was great. Everywhere else it was terrible. They do soft sell you in seeing their other property to sell you something, I assume a timeshare. Grounds were really nice. Pools are nice except one day there was some slime in it that was there the entire day. Weekends are hard to get a lounger by the pool or on the beach. Showers were nice, water pressure was fantastic. Not sure I’d stay again based on the beds or selective pool bar service.

Está lindo el hotel, toma en cuenta que cada villa es de tres pisos y no hay elevador. Cada nivel tiene 4 habitaciones y se escucha todo cuando los vecinos van llegando o se están yendo. El hotel está como a 20 minutos caminando de la 5a avenida. Las habitaciones son lindas, personal amable, el hotel está en muy buen estado. Tiene un área de playa grande y linda. El buffet es básico, encontrarás pocas opciones de comida, para opción de carne hay que pagar adicional.

Italian restaurant is not worth it. Buffet food is always cold and water are warm. Beach and pools are great and staff are friendly and attentive.

It’s a beautiful complex of villas that acts as a small all inclusive resorts. If you like all inclusive but want to stay away from the giant resorts this place is perfect. Distance from the lobby to the beach is very reasonable, quality food (buffet), ac worked perfectly, rooms clean nice and well kept, everything worked. I would love to come back to this hotel. The only thing we didn’t like was the food in the Italian restaurant, quality was ok, nothing great.

The grounds are beautiful. BUT IF YOUR USED TO ROOM SERVICE DONT GO THERE IS NONE...I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THERE IS NO SERVICE ON THE BEACH OR POOL AREA YOU HAVE TO LITTERLY HAVE TO GO GET YOUR OWN DRINKS OR FOOD. Loved the jungle that they retained within the premises. also loved the water stations and the potable water quality. enjoyed the buffet although i dont like eating vegetable or commercial oils. didnt get to try the other restaurants. loved the ice cream station as well. had some difficulty understanding the beach sitting area arrangements/couldnt locate the beach towel station easily. tiered beachfront design waws nice. lots of kids, and they had family activities. would go back. just no choice for taxis (only cartel taxis could service the hotel which means you pay a higher price than normal)

Excelente atención! La comida y bebidas de los restaurantes súper buena, solo el R. italiano no fue mucho de nuestro agrado, Alberto del Pool bar excelente!!! En el Bar de la terraza falta más entusiasmo. Las mesas de billar ya están algo dañadas.

The food options were not the best. The buffet never had any steak or good grilled chicken option, it was always ground beef or pork and some type of sautéed chicken. The hotel is nice and convenient I’m since you don’t have to go far to and from your room to go to the pool or beach.

Customer service was horrible ,most staff had a bad attitude. Except for the cleaning ladies , and the waiters in the Mexican restaurant. Wouldn’t recommend this place . If you love hearing No , and not even trying to see if there a possibility to help you then this place is for you . Been to Mexico before and this resort was horrible from the food which was very whatever , to how we were treated by the staff . Not worth it .

Hotel and rooms are decent , but food is nasty not fresh at all they use the same food for the next meal , the worst experience in food I went with my husband and 3 kids , my kids cried no good food no room service tried to get something to my room they said we don't have room service , no coffee machine in the room no ice machines , no steak meat or chicken in everyday food , stale food and they never change their vegetables or cheeses they use it every day no one was even touching the food , nothing for kids food and zero activities for adults nor for kids. This place is beyond good , with big families and kids people need food if your paying for all inclusive but this wasn't true I booked for 2 rooms to be with my kids they gave room not next to each other I went back and spoke to the manager they switched my rooms to a 2 room suite with an extra charge even though I shouldn't be charged for it bc I paid for 2 rooms when I booked. Tyler and Jesus in receptions helped me a lot. I don't recommend this hotel at all if they don't change their food other wise I advise them to quit making food and close their restaurants. They said we can book their Mexican and Italian restaurant is trash. Food is nasty as hell I left both of them when I ordered the food, I was astonished. I felt like I wasn't in this world. The food is nasty nasty nasty That's all I can say. Aldo there's sewage smell at the property is crazy very bad experience at this hotel everyone was complaining.

Increíble lugar para hospedarse! El hotel es de un tamaño accesible. Puedes llegar a cualquier parte de el caminando, el area de la playa es enorme y la limpian todos los días. Tiene 2 albercas, que a mi parecer la mejor es la cercana a la playa. Las habitación que tuve en el último piso estuvo increíble. Era 1 habitación con dos baños, sala y comedor con una pequeña cocineta. Y un increíble jacuzzi exterior. Todo es sumamente bonito y con un ambiente completamente natural. El restaurante Italiano es delicioso con porciones buenas. En el buffet ya sea desayuno o lunch siempre tuvieron muchas opciones de platillos. Bebidas súper ricas y comida deliciosa Todo el staff muy amable, el único pero que le encuentro a la propiedad, es que no hay suficiente staff en los bares. Solo dejan a 1 barman para atender cada bar. La espera es larga y como no hay meseros en alberca y playa ellos deben salir a buscar los vasos para estar surtiendo su área. Así que recomendación lleven su termo para que ahí les sirvan sus bebidas. Fue una experiencia increíble!!!!!!

We were in The Reef in 2016 and there are a lot of improvements since then. The palm trees on the beach got bigger over time and combining them with the umbrellas there is a lot of shade all day long for those who like to hide from Sun. It’s a quiet place for family vacation with enough activities. Cleanliness is exceptional. Food is great. The staff is nice and friendly.

The hotel looks cool. But most staff at the bar and snack bar are grumpy. Or seem like they dont want to be there. Maybe they are over worked. Not enough staff. Also the food at the restaurants is awful. It takes about 2 hours to have dinner. I wouldn't get all inclusive.
