From the initial communication it is a very arduous process with their verification process. On the day of check in, I was disconnected by phone four times. It took six emails to communicate my access code with them. Once I arrived at the location, I noticed the closet door was broken, the tub filler did not operate. I emailed my request to have this serviced, they were aware of this and apologized and asked if I would permit entry to have this corrected. I agreed to the entry, no one showed up.
The following day it was 85° outside and sweltering in the room. I emailed asking for service for the nest thermostat. I was told someone would return my call. And then there was no further communication. The Pennsylvanian is an exceptional property as a whole, but I would never stay with this program again. Their customer service and communication are extremely poor.
