Hello Kerry, Before anything else, I would like to thank you for sharing your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve our guest experience and prevent issues from occurring in the future. We're sorry to hear that you had to submit/upload your ID more than once. It was an oversight on our end and it wasn't our intention to cause such inconvenience. As for the delay in sending your check-in instructions, our records show that it was due to a gap in receiving the test charge that we authorized on your credit card. Confirming the test charge is of utmost importance as it assists us in generating your unique access code. With respect to the filthy windows, we most definitely would have had it checked by housekeeping right away, had we been informed during your stay. We have extremely high standards when it comes to the cleanliness of our home hence, this is completely out of the norm. Please allow me to offer my assurances that your review is shared with our leads, and I am confident that all you've highlighted will be looked into, so better service will be sorted out. Whilst we are happy you found our home nice, we're sorry that you didn't find the beds comfortable enough for you. Our beds, made by Tuft & Needle -- are both highly rated and reviewed online (as well as from our previous guests) so we are sorry to hear they were not to your liking. We will certainly examine both closely to see if there are any isolated issues that stand out. We apologize about the incident regarding the AC, unfortunately that was out of our control. Regarding the check-in process, we are always looking on improving and making the process seamless and more convenient for our guests.
