EXCELLENT VILLA IN CYPRUS
This Beautiful Villa with everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday. On arrival the Villa was spotlessly clean very well equipped ,even a very handy water cooler .Also a very much appreciated welcome pack of homemade jam ,eggs ,milk, bread ,etc. The Villa is very spacious and modern . Pool area also very spacious with large pool and plenty of loungers plus a big barbeque area. Firemans beach 3 mins walk ,shops and restaurants aplenty5 mins .Maria and husband a phone call away in case of any problems which were none .They were an absolute delight. Fantastic villa
A huge thank you to wonderful Maria for being such an accommodating host. She left us a superb welcome pack including homemade jam, fruit and eggs from her farm! The villa and especially the pool and outside area is outstanding. There is plenty of space and the air conditioning was a godsend in 40 degree heat. We felt very safe and everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach cove is 3 minutes walk and lovely. It has a chic beach bar with great cocktails. There are a host of lovely restaurants nearby and most do free home delivery via the ‘Wolt’ app, as does the local supermarket Metro. We had an absolutely lovely 10 days and will definitely return. We have already recommended to friends and family. Maria’s villa has everything you could need. There is even a water filter machine which was invaluable. She really does think of everything! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Couldn’t of been better
Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Very clean, lots of everything you needed. A/C really good. Outdoor space is beautiful and very well maintained. Pool, loungers, hammock, and outdoor furniture used every day. Maria and her husband visited on our second day with fresh produce. Contacted them twice during our stay with very small issues. Responded immediately and sorted very quickly. Would highly recommend

Dette var en helt perfekt feriebolig for oss. I tillegg var Maria og hennes mann helt fantastiske. Hadde de satt opp en takvifte under pergolan, hadde dette fått 10/10. Vi kommer tilbake😀

Fantastic villa
We had a great stay! The villa was clean, spacious, with a lovely pool in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Several great beaches with good snorkling conditions within 5- 15 mins walking distance. Good restaurants and shops/supermarket within walking distance. Lovely owners, who made us feel so welcome. As we arrived late, they provided us with fresh eggs, bread and vegetables from their farm. They were easy to reach and everything went smoothly. We had a lovely time!

Wonderful place
We were 2 families with kids in August. House was spacy enough, but the most we liked pool area. Air conditioners are in every room and hall. Kitchen well equiped, you can find everything you need. Maria very helpful and solves the issues immediately. Beach are very close and very nice.

Long awaited family get away
Beautiful modern villa in a lovely private street. Pool is large and clean and the outside area is great to cook and relax on the high end quality furniture. The nearby beach is a sheltered cove with a chic bar on top overlooking the azure sea. There are plenty of restaurants in Kapparis and Protaras is only a ten minute drive away. The hosts were friendly and on hand if we needed anything. We felt very lucky being able to escape the UK and stay. Would not hesitate returning.

Excellent villa, great location
We've been to Kapparis many times & this villa is the best by far. Very clean & comfortable. The pool is a really good size & kept really clean. Maria was so helpful & friendly, the eggs from her farm were delicious . We will definitely return to the villa for our next family holiday to Cyprus. Thank you for letting us rent the villa

Fint hus! Perfekt läge! Fantastisk service!
Mycket fint hus. Bra läge nära stranden och butiker. Man klarar sig utan bil. Bäst var servicen. Maria tog hand om oss på ett fantastiskt sätt. Vi är så nöjda och rekommenderar detta boende till alla.

Lovely villa, brilliant pool and outside space. Very clean. Fantastic location, 2 minutes walk to the beach, lovely restaurants close by (faliros) and supermarket up the road. Maria was lovely and very helpful in arranging transfers for us. Would highly recommend.

Lovely holiday
We spent 2 weeks at this villa - 2 x families of 4, nearly all adults. There was plenty of room, everything we needed was there - regular pool cleaning, water dispenser which was a god send. Location is perfect / 5 mins to beach and shops/restaurants Parking, although enough for 2-3 vehicles, is VERY tight so a big vehicle would struggle but this is mainly due to people parking on road opposite. Owners couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful!! Came immediately back to us when we raised any issues - rushed straight round when the battery for the safe ran out, and even offered to lend money of needed until safe was sorted which they actually managed to do straight away. Can’t fault the villa / and twice daily visit from the friendliest ice cream van was a lovely bonus! Highly recommend - would definitely visit again

Flott hus, nær strand og spisemuligheter
Det har vært et flott opphold i Villa Kyri. Romslig og komplett. Det var ingen rengjøring av hus i løpet av perioden, noe vi trodde med tanke på annonsen men behovet var heller ikke stort. Litt slitsomt med AC som var timerstyrt på max to timer. Ble noen turer opp for å slå på igjen på natt. Huset har alt man trenger og har kort gangvei til strand og vann. Kort vei til deilige spisesteder også. Ikke minst, massasje 3 min unna. Reiser veldig gjerne tilbake hit.

Great villa in a great location
Just spent 10 nights in Kapparis in this villa which is close to the beaches in one direction and a main road with lots of bars/restaurants/shops in the other. Villa had all we wanted . Spacious and comfortable . Pool was cleaned a couple of times during our stay . We stayed end of October when a lot of places start to shut down but there were plenty of places still open (Waterworld closes 31/10). We had a car so getting about was easy and the roads quiet . Visited Paralimni/Ayia Napa /Protaras areas . Some nice places down near cape Greco including Koraka stone arch. Our favourite places to eat locally were Faliros (resaturant) and Wooden Crest Inn (pub with sport). Found the locals very friendly and look forward to returning at some point in the future.

Excellent villa with large pool
Marie and yannis are there to help if needed and the welcome pack was much appreciated as we arrived late at night. The property is excellent and very relaxing with the beach 1 minute away is a added bonus.

Lovely villa with lots of space. Well equipped and close to beach. Good restaurants and bars in walking distance. Local supermarket and discount store close by and bigger supermarkets short drive away. Well recommended for a fantastic family holiday. Owner very helpful in lead up to stay and Maria who comes over during your stay also good and on hand for any requirements.

Amazing villa, Amazing location - just superb
The villa is exceptional with everything you could possibly need, as others have said the photos do not do the villa justice. The location was great, the beach was literally at the end of the road and a great selection of bars, restaurants and a fab bakery within walking distance. I have recommended this villa to all my friends and family as you will not find better. We cannot fault one thing about the villa and the outdoor space with both shady and sunny parts was where we spent most of our time, the free wifi and vast choice of English TV channels gave all generations in our party a wonderful holiday - we did not want to leave. The whole booking experience was perfect from start to finish. Loved it and cannot wait to return. Thank you

Absolutely stunning property, with ample space. Brilliant location for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday, restaurants and shops within close proximity 2 minute walk to the bus stop if you fancy going into Protarus or Ayia Napa. Several small beaches all within walking distance. Maria is lovely and always on hand if you need any advice.

Once again we had an amazing stay
We are returning guests to this villa. Once again this villa did not fail to impress us A very welcome, welcome pack is included.. this is a god send when arriving at the villa in the early hours. Maria and Yannis are perfect hosts This villa is in a perfect location for beaches, eating out and getting about in general. It is situated on a private road with barriers at both ends. The road itself is quiet. You can see Famagusta from the patio and bedroom balconies. You will find everything you need at the villa... dishwasher, washing machine etc. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and we cannot wait to return again. Thank you, Kyri, Maria & Yannis
