Godt hotel
Det har været et godt ophold og receptionen har været gode til at hjælpe. Dørvagten er også meget flink og god til at give råd i forhold til hvilke veje at gå. I restaurenten er tjænerene dog ikke særlig opmærksomme. Poolen er lækker og der er et godt fitness.

Five out of five stars
This is a very nice hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a buffet and there is something for everyone. The pool area is very nice and towels are for free. The rooms are big and clean. We really can recommend the hotel. Henrik Lykø Hansen Denmark

I like that most places are walkable. The metro is close by and taxis are easily accessible. The hotel is in the city center with lots to do during the day and night. The breakfast was commendable with different additions everyday. The rooms are spacious and the balcony allows you to see the high rise buildings nearby.

i was excited about my trip to cartagena. the exeutive hotel was more than expected. staff was nice and courteous. breakfast was great. located one block from the beach. close to shopping and restaurants. will stay there again

Property looks to have been renewed. Room was as pictured. Good location. The only minor drawback was the two elevators were quite small.

My first time booking and I would definitely book again. The property is perfect and quiet with many activities and food spots within walking distance. The staff are also the best!

Poor service at the Bar. I had to wave my hand for people for service. The employees talked among themselves and not pay attention to the guest. Ran out of toilet paper. Swimming pool was being cleaned, when it should be open to the guest. Big mistake. Pool attendent, need to clean it before 8:00 AM.

Very clean, and quiet hotel. All the staff very nice, and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located, and you can walk to many attractions. Delicious breakfast is provided, and this is a big plus. All our trips were arranged by very knowledgeable and very nice staff member. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this hotel.
